Havoc & Winter Round Update

All,
due to issues with the Christmas server, Havoc for Round 104 will be extended by a week to the more-normal 2 week period, now ending on Thursday 21st December.

Winter round signups will now be opening tomorrow (same setup) with ticks starting on Monday 18th rather than Friday 15th - but ending on the same day.
