Post Politics::Minister Abilities (Galactic Commander)

I think, given the GC can unassign Ministers (set to 'None'), he/she should be able to take on the roles of all three Ministers if he/she so chooses. Especially during Havoc & Winter rounds when even the most active galaxies become majoritively inactive and delegated Ministers cannot always be relied upon. If a GC decides not to delegate then surely that should be his/her prerogative?

I think ministers are an important part of making at least some of the galaxy work as a team.

This removes the requirement to have different people voting for exile (currently, 3 people are needed to exile someone). This makes it easier for a small number of people to cause a lot of damage from a position of power before they're otherwise voted out of power.

That's simple then.. whilst the GC holds more than just his/her own position, the Exile tab should be disabled, and any current Exiles pending votes will be automatically cancelled but the exile fee could still be paid(?). Automatic exile based on idle time will still be active.

I dislike that automatic exile system A LOT. See round after round, dead planets that log in once in a blue moon before they log out again without doing anything. Just resets the timer.

TheoDD you gone off topic. The topic is GC taking the abilities of other Ministers if those Ministers are set to 'None' (suggested change of existing policy).
