netgear 8 port switch

has stopped playing nicely. it's about 2 years old... adapter blew about a year ago got a replacment and it's worked fine ever since until recently. now on each of the ports there are 2 lights both should be lit when computers are on but now only one is and all of the activity lights are off n my network is totally buggered

anyone help?
