This is a pointless exercise. If I could pick freely from all people from all rounds and assume decent activity from all of them I might quite easily be able to fill a 25 person galaxy and still get spectacular performance and teamwork - and no conflicts.
I'd definetly have Heartshunter and Ado in there, then more of the Titans gang... To be honest I would be fkin scared of any galaxy simply consisting of Titans selected randomly. If only the best Titans were in that gal I honestly would expect to win the round given a reasonable political climate. Anyway, I might have wanted OpusX and some of the GloriaVictis gang. Some people from Legion like __Thor__ and randal, both amazing players - yet coolheaded. If I could have Agamemnon before he decided sometime during round 6 he despised me and all things Titans, I would have killed for it. Rob, perhaps too. I've always liked and respected Rob, and he's a good player. Hmm. At any rate that would be more or less the starting point - but from there I could fill many 10-player galaxies and quite possibly more than I could fill into good old 25 person galaxies.
I'm doing terrible injustice to lot of people here.

I imagine, you will just take turns checking for incoming.

Well, basicly my dream gall was my round 7 gall, btw themast, there were 15 people in a priv gall that round, and Ult was in earth gall (8:2), not in Narn (mine, 20:2), this was our round 7 gall (couldn't remember last 2 people) This was 20:2 in round 7, 4D priv HC gall (all people in it were ministers or HC) Narn:
#1 themast (great fun guy, and extremely loyal)
#2 Daywalker (best guy to ever play PA, he's just the best, thanks for you friendship and all you taught me m8) 4D SC
#3 akmaster (Good friend, know him since round 4, great guy, and a very decent security officer) 4D HC of intelligence
#4 saint (good guy, didn't know him that well)
#5 nitros (Best BC together with Piketa in PA, and a good m8) 4D HC of attacks
#6 sim (Didn't know him that well, but good player)
#7 betaaaa (Good m8 of mine, good site scripter, and a very decent player)
#8 orion treet (That's me ) 4D HC of Recruitment
#9 Gaurdian (My rl best m8, loyal, and a good active player, back then atleast)
#10 bestey (good player, didn't know him very well, but a good guy)
#11 Dr_m (Also a very good guy, and a good player)
#12 BN (Being Nobody) (Great guy, helpt start 4D up, a very good player and m8) 4D XO
#13 Mayor_Woody (Another great guy and player)
(can't remember #14 and #15, and this isn't in the right order)
All these people are very decent PA players, the core 4D membership, and good m8s of me. The ones who I don't have a rank behind I can't remember what they were back then, or were some core 4D members.
We had the making of a top gall, but thanks to our FLTV priv gall cluster alliance that betrayed us mid round we got knocked from top 100 out of top 300, while we were still climbing in rank and could have easily made at least top 50, if not higher (earth gall which was still a bit below us in rank back then ended #40, these were pure 4D galls, only 4D members, we did very good that round But 6 or 7 massive bashes from 6 top FLTV priv galls in cluster with no friends left with low enough eta to help in 2 days time was to much for us to handle and we were totaly bashed (thank you 7sins :P, well, we had one hell of good round, and thank you Jornx for being my cheaf rival in PA for the second round in a row, though you probebly don't know me , couldn't get an attack threw on your gall that round though like I did in round 6, you get to know what Jornx is like being in same cluster with him for 2 rounds in a row) Theamion was also in that cluster and in Jornx his gall, but he wasn't as bad, he helped the bashings stop on us, bit to late thought
Ah, as you can see, I can talk endlessly about round 7, my funnest round of all, was a great time with all my PA and one rl best m8 in the same gall, and the making of a top gall Well, I'll stop fussing about the 'good old days' now My round 7 was the best and funnest gall you could ever wish for.
