I need some opinions about TFD
hi,
i'm trying to write something for the Frying Daily (TFD newspaper) and by lack of a decent subject i decided to ask some general opinions about TFD on this forum and put them together/ comment them. (I don't want opinions from TFD-members )
So if you have ever been allied/hostile/napped with TFD or if you had/have TFD-galm8s, plz give me some help and say something about them (they rule/s*ck is a little bit useless, some reasons may help)
Some other things i would like to hear opinions about are:
- meets
- topic on pa discussions
- general reputation
Ah well.. just say something about TFD and help me out

one of the few alliances left still playing for fun in the game and not giving a fk when their planet gets butt-whacked.
Thumbs up

TFD = teh spamm0r alliance
more seriously: from my point of view there have allways been two TFD's. the "just for fun" alliance and the hardcore players. TFD is mostly seen as a comunity alliance more than a powerplayer, which is imo not entirely true. while most of the members might be in it solely for the fun of a good comunity, many of their best players were also in BULL. so the success of the BULL gals was partly a TFD acchievement, too. or at least the acchievement of many TFD/ex-TFD members.
btw... is guru still around somewhere?

A very good place for players to learn the game and then proceed to join one of the 'big' alliances around. Worked for me
(long long ago, but I think it still works)
And slightly off-topic

The biggest mistake virus ever made was choosing fury over TFD at the end of R3.

Was a great place to start playing PA (like Zapman said). Just loved being there leading meh lubly lil' clan Kra'hen (retals/counters r0x0r! ) until at some point I started to get annoyed about being one of the VERY few online at nights...
I agree with Hosie. ViruS dropping TFD at the end of rnd3 was a stupid thing to do. Too bad I didn't manage to change Irvines mind at the time, I tried though...

Been Allied/Napped with them met loads of various members and have been erm "around" in their private channels in the past. (dont ask)
If I have to review them: They where semi-decent a few rounds ago, without being proffesional. At first and now again it's a mostly unefficient organised MESS.
Grades from 1 to 10: (1 being high)
Organisation: 3
HC Capability: 4
Military Defense Organisation: 3
Military Offense Organisation: 2
Security: 1
Skill: 4 (Some players know how to play but cant due to crap gals, others are total incapable. All thats left are the ones with places in top alliance gals)
Overall Grade: 3
Want to comment the TFD Members who have been in my gals where all useless alliance wise. They usually where decent enough players without any backup basically.
Advice to the decent players: Stay in TFD community, leave alliance, join a decent alliance.

They've been doing that since round 1 already....
That way we can never become 'decent'
