Hulls 4. RP - 12800. Ability: Damage/Armor bonus +10%?
Waves 9. RP 12800. Ability: Goverment and alliance information.
Core 5. RP 12800. Ability: Increase mining bonus by 10%
Covert ops. RP 12800. Ability: Increase maximum stealth by 10 - 20%?
HCT. Drop lvl 6, and move all others down a knotch.
Just a few ideas on how we things could be more tactical based.
Ofcourse these extra techs would in all ways be detours, but it should make more tactical options overall.
