N.I.P.L. is a casual alliance. We do not care if you have been playing the game for 10 rounds or just 1 round. If you are new to PA then we will help you get started, give support, and give you tips and things of that nature. If you are an experienced PA player then you'll still get the support lol Its basically open to anyone who is willing to help others out in the alliance. As of right now we do not have an IRC but would be willing to make one if we have more people in the alliance. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks
