It won't be much of a secret i think that Vision wasn't that great in the last rounds in terms of performance. We spent most of the time trying to get a active command in gear again to be able to participate at a decent level in the game it's politics again. That work vanished when a big part of the officers crew we had worked on to get, left at the end of R13 and went to Reunion. This meant VsN would have to be completely rebuild again, and that simply wasn't an option anymore after the weak rounds we had. So the best choise for us was to create a new alliance with the ppl we had left and try to build up something decent again.
