The level of support is poor all over but its not really the people in #supports fault, they try their best to help but alot of the questions are on aspects they cant answer and you need a PATeam member to be able to do get an answer. The problem is these members of PATeam are volentary so cant be around all the time which is annoying but is understandable. Its the same problem with help via these forums although hopefully we should see an improvement to this forum once Kal gets round to officially oking my idea (kal thats a subtle hint if you didnt realise
)
Anyway rather than bitching at them on THE SUGGESTIONS FORUM perhaps you and the others here can come up with ways to help improve #support somehow. If you want to just bitch and flame mind you take it elsewhere
