Self-Congratulations
Right, I know it's not PA related but I'm at work so I can't vent my excitement like I would at the pub or something. Also, I'm too scared to post on GD, they all have fangs or something.
But... I've just finished buying my new flat. At the little age of 21 I'm now a home owner. I can't wait to pick up the key this afternoon. First thing I'll be doing is having a can of nicely chilled beer. Yay! |

No no. The mortgage starts today. And lasts for 30 years. I'll be in my bloody 50s if I don't pay it off early.

mortgage at 21 is good, because it means you arent just throwing money away renting all the time like i am :( Our house looked into getting a joint mortgage but there didn't seem to be a whole lot of options there. |

I don't know you but congratulations. I got my first house at age 21 and sold it 14 years later for 4 times what I paid for it. A wise move.
