New Zikonian Ship 'Structure Stealer'
 

Give Zik/Etd a special ship that steals structures rather than kills them.
Also in adddition on this similar topic, remove the alliance only SK rule.
We have SD now as well. So should be allowed the SK anyone if one so wishes it. Also we've seen out of tag planets in alliances escape the threat of structure killing entirely by not being in any alliance.

But yes, initial suggestion! Structure stealer!!

Not a big fan of the structure stealer. I don't really have a good reason for disliking it, though, except that I don't really see what it adds.

As for war-only SKing, that was added after SD was. Apparently the powers that be want it to be almost impossible to use effectively, because it is also kept out of roiding classes. I don't like quite how hard they've made SKs to use.

Yea they should definite remove the SK war-only rule.

SD is ok, I suppose,

But whats point of having SK if they impossible to use...

...and as a Etd/Zik its damn annoying having to go through and remove like 4 different structure killers from your fake BS fleet
