then no points at all. i already said that. but if, as with drogba/gudjohnsen, it's pretty much an either/or i dont see why not. it merely means you dont have to be changing your prediction at 3 o clock

I don't like this multiple scorers thing. If you can't (be arsed to) check the lineup, then you should just have to guess.

I second this "Multiple Scorers should be banned"
If you predict a player and he doesnt play or is injured , you have right up until kickoff to change him. If you dont, C'est La Vie.

Re: [football] the big league 2005
I think I already made it clear to people who post multiple names that I ignore all but the first. There is no need to petition to ban what doesn't exist. Unless a majority express a preference for multiple scorers it stays the way it is.

something I have to mention as I can't decide whether to implement it or not...
Remember the "completely wrong" rule idea? If two players draw and neither has gained any points from the final score (ie GAX) then if a player has part of the score correct regardless of the result, he/she gets a decider point.
It hadn't happened yet afaik but there are two in this weeks results. If the rule is applied, MrL would win rather than draw, and Phang would lose rather than draw. (because MrL correctly predicted Villa to score 1, and Football Focus correctly predicted Arsenal to score 2)
I want opinions based on fairness/what's good for the league and not on who will benefit today. (If the rule is implemented, I'll go back through all the old results to see if I've missed applying it before)

Re: [football] the big league 2005
I think that it should be implemented, because it adds a bit of score to the proceedings, rather than sitting around on 1-0 or 1-1.
To show that I'm not biased, I think you've missed Koen's 'Time' for the scorer, given he has 55 and it was at 60. Although I may have missed a memo, because there isn't 'time' on any of them.

Curious. I'd have made it +-5 if I was to change it to anything.
