I had my receipt to hand but I think I've thrown it away now.
I bought:
Sausages (which will last me 2-3 days worth)
1 loaf of bread
Margarine
Potatoes
Carrots
Cauliflower
Mushrooms
Onions
Red & Green peppers
Milk
Chopped Tinned Tomatoes
Rice
Spaghetti
Lasagne
2 x 250g mince
I just eat quite a lot of vegetables, and bulk out my meat dishes with them. My chilli con carne, for example, consists of mushrooms, onions, carrots and mince - which means less mince is required, so I use less of it.
For breakfast I have toast, and for lunch I have a sandwich.
