Spices
I use
Thyme (ground or leaves)
Sweet Basil
Thai Basil
Bay Leaves
Parsley Flakes
All Spice (ground)
Cayenne Red Pepper
Oregano (rarely)
Chervil Leaves
Garlic Salt
I also almost always use vinegar (red wine or white wine vinegar), extra virgin olive oil and of course salt and pepper.
Also: Onions and garlic (fresh cloves)
I never put sugar in anything unless I'm baking.
