How protective/possessive are you ...
...of your girl/boyfriend?
Whilst talking to my girlfriend on the phone tonight, she mentioned if she felt more confident about her looks (i.e. thinner) she wouldn't *really* mind modelling for porn (even if she wouldn't be comfortable with actually sleeping with someone else), partly because she likes attention from guys (she loves NG ). She asked me how I'd feel about it and I said I wasn't really all too comfortable with the idea, despite not being able to give a real reason.
Do people generally feel the same way? Or am I being over possesive of my gf?

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
You should probably be more possessive as I'm having sex with her and taking pictures of it right now.

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
You were quiet. I was on the phone to her 10 minutes ago
AND she convinced me everyone had left the flat. How long has this been going on? Is this why she pretended to be so upset about being there? And why there's vicious rumors circulating about her sleeping with other people?

Yes, no, yes, yes and no. Some of these may be replies to questions you haven't asked but were thinking of and afraid to voice.

No im just like you, I dont really like her drinking and flirting as I know what trouble I get upto if I do the same. Anyway its right to be protective, if you like them you are only looking after there best interests.

Maybe you should start up a relationship with an introverted virgin who tears off bits of her skin to get out of talking to people and whose parents never let her outside and keep her chained in the basement during break times.
Actually that sounds pretty hot :(

How messy would that be? I'm not really into having a girl dripping blood all over me
My girlfriend is ok, she's just more adventerous than me. Like most cave people

Plus she's clearly a bit of a slut. Which isn't too bad when you think about it, probably makes her better in bed.

She doesn't sleep with other people, just flirt with them for attention.

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
She wants to pose in a pornographic magazine because she likes the idea of men drooling over here. What part of this makes her not a slut exactly?

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
Maybe I overstated her side slightly.
TBH, a lot of women say "if I were a bit more attractive I wouldn't mind flaunting it more".

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
if my gf would ask me that question, my answer wouldn't be too kind;
i am too possessive; for example, whenever we are out and another guy tries to flirt with her i kinda explode.
if a woman wants attention from other men, then fine she can have it but without me at her side.

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
I'm horribly posessive and suchlike.
She finds it really quite annoying.
I won't change.
And I don't think you having a porblem with her being porn is a problem, sharing your exclusive partner isn't an easy thing to deal with and if you're uncomfortable with it then its not wrong at all.

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
I don't think your feelings are unwarranted. Putting myself in your shoes I'd be wondering how far that "if" goes. If she's thought about it enough to air it with you then I'd always wonder how far she'd take it. After saying you're not confortable with the idea she'll not entertain those thoughts with you and as they build up in her head she'll want some way to satisfy her questioning.
But then when it comes to relationships I'm, mainly from past experience, paranoid about half truths and a lack of complete honesty and openness because I know how they can ruin a relationship.
On the flip side, she might find it satisfying to do her photo modelling purely for you and if you are open with her and want her to be honest with you I'm sure you can come to some arrangement where she gets over the ideas she's formed in her mind whilst keeping it an entirely private thing between the both of you.

hm, it might be fun for her, but Appocomaster said his gf likes attention from other guys. so i am pretty sure it wouldn't give her the same satisfaction posing only for him as posing for everyone.

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
Perhaps the attention he gives her isn't the attention she wants. If she was more open and said "I want you to look at my body more." then I'm sure Appoco could do that and they'd both be happy. As long as what she wants from him doesn't make him feel unconfortable I think those slight changes are acceptable and necessary to form a loving relationship.

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
if they can solve this that way, then he is really lucky
i have talked to several girls about why they always have to push their tits, wear extra short skirts, etc. (not that this would be something bad) and i always got the same answer: they do it coz attention from men raises their self esteem and the more guys are looking the better they feel.
but most important is: Appocomaster, could you handle it, if she would pose for such magazines? coz in the end it doesn't matter how possessive we are, or what other ppl think how possessive you are.

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
But I think we can help him by telling him that it wouldn't be wrong to hate the idea of her in a magazine or clubbing solely to be oggled at by other men. It does shout, to a Man's mind "You're attention isn't enough for me, I'm going elsewhere to get satisfied."
And that hurts.

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
ofc it wouldn't be wrong to hate that idea!! i definitly think that you (appocomaster) are not overpossessive!
though what would hurt/upset me more is the fact that other ppl would see what only i am supposed to see.
anyways, if she ever really plans to pose, there will be a lot of talking and honesty neccessary to keep the relationship intact. otherwise one of you two would be unhappy and that kills the relationship. slowly but it would kill it

Re: How protective/possessive are you ...
I don't like my girlfriend talking/going out/whatever with other guys because I know what guys are like.
It's not that I don't trust her, it's just that I don't trust them.
The amount of times I've said "I think he fancies you" and got "no, we're just friends" in reply followed a few weeks later by "he was flirting with me all night, it made me really uncomfortable" or "he declared his undying love for me and now we can't be friends" or in the case of my ex-girlfriend "I got drunk and woke next to him".
Girls are so naive.

I don't really care what my girlfriends do. They all come back eventually ,and those that do not cry rivers over the fact they can't.
