The 3rd speedgame in the run up to round 13 will be held for 7 days starting on Tuesday the 15th of February with ticks starting at 18:00 GMT.

Random Gals
10 minute ticks
Same ship stats as speedgame #2
havoc style setup (some/all researches will be completed, some constructions may be provided, bonus resources will be provided etc)
as with the previous speed games the top 3 planets will each receive 1 free credit for round 13
