[football] FA Cup Predictions
Sorry for the short notice, I wasn't going to post it here, but a reread of the threads of previous years' contests has awakened a little nostalgia and they contained many "occasional entrants" who wouldn't play the regular leagues.
Anyhoo, fixture list is in the next post. Just quote it and fill in the scores. The format of the competition is undecided, depends on the number of entrants here and on PB.
The 3rd round of the FA Cup starts on Friday evening, but think of those first two games as a bonus for prompt predicting, with the bulk of the fixtures due on Saturday at 1500.

Re: [football] FA Cup Predictions
Not to criticise, but shouldn't KoeN have some bonus points for Spurs-Cardiff?
Just a totally random observation.

Re: [football] FA Cup Predictions
He was the only one to get 3 points for that game.
(the named people to the right of some games are there because of longshot bonuses (where <20% predicted a win correctly) or giant-killing bonuses (where a team beats another from a higher league)).
I have been thinking about introducing a bonus for correctly predicting a high scoring game. I agree correctly predicting 4-0 should give more points than 1-0.

Re: [football] FA Cup Predictions
Unfortunately 1-X is ill at the moment so I thought I'd better remind all the non-predictors (for the replays) to predict...
Although looking back it's only Kargool who hasn't on here... I'll send a PM...
