Ministry Announcement
For those that DO care....
As of today, Ministry officially ceases to exist as a planetarion alliance.
On behalf of the HC Team I would like to thank the command staff and
the members, both past and present for their hard work and dedication.
I would also like to thank our current and past allies, for sticking together
during the good times and the bad times.
Ministry was never a massive alliance - but I like to think that if Ministry
has any legacy to leave behind it could be summed up in one word...

The very few run-in's I've had with Ministry in post-Xanadu times have been pleasant ones. Ministry always seemed to be decent people.

Explanation
The reason has little to do with the round basically, we've been here before a few times 
Basically,there is a time where you can realize what's been going wrong and try to fix it, which we have been doing the last 2 rounds with limited success. The fact that p2p and a shrinking universe make recruitment hard there was no quick fix to be made really. Anyone can attack and gain roids, keeping them was our problem as it takes so many fleets to handle even 1 incomming. So with that and our alliance being a mix of a social club,retirement community and pa alliance it was time to do the best thing we could for those who are still serious by not holding them back. it was not an easy choice but with rl issues on the HC lvl as well it was best to call it a day now then to just let it degenerate further.

both with them as part of Xanadu and with them alone.
Ministry have always shown integrity and honour in their dealings within PA, and that is what should bring most respect.

And I still say we got too little credit... Though admittedly our glory days were r6 and and first part of r7 =)

Its a sad day indeed, I enjoyed my rounds playing with you guys and helping in the command team, I know I didn't play this last rnd with you, but we won't dwell there.
I want to wish you luck in any future games you go on to play, there is alot of great people there. For those quitting all online games, good luck in the future for rl ... we all go that way eventually

Poor retort. I'm afraid that by posting I indicated that I did care. My point (which you quite obviously chose to ignore in favor of a personal attack) was that Ministry has 'effectively disbanded' almost every round it's played after its Discordium/Karma-merger-cum-ressurection. It's about time you actually quit instead of just faffing about with it.
