In Game Mail System
Would it be possible to update the alliance in game mail options so that HC’s can mail PR Officers and BC’s? Currently HC’s can send mails to all the other HC’s in their alliance but not the other alliance officers.

sounds like a good idea. Even the BC's have the option to mail all HC's so makes sense the HC's should be able to mail other roles individually. Scanners/BC's/Dc's etc.

Also adding a funtion to have a "contacts List" for buddy pack or other friends ingame
