Round 108 - (provisionally Total Recall)

Round 108 will have signups starting on Friday, August 02, with ticks starting on Friday, August 09 at 20:00 GMT and finishing on Friday, September 27 at 20:00 GMT. This will be a paid round, with more details closer to the time.
