Don't Vodafone have contracts with various shops that sell their tarrifs? You're still on a the Vodafone network, but the customer service, billing, etc is handled by someone else. I presume it's a simple franchise/contract agreement (similar to companies reselling a BT ADSL type service).

My wife is with Vodafone, but her bills / cusomter service comes via Carphone Warehouse.

singlepoint 'was' fones4u's vodafone billing service, but as vodafone bought fones4u and singlepoint it makes no differance now.

best way to think of it is phones4u, carephone warehouse, singlepoint are all middlemen. They sell the products of o2, vodaphone, orange, t-mobile to public and get a slice of the pie/commission. Its not as good as going direct to the network supplier which often has extra advantages and improved services that dealing with the middlemen.

Singlepoint were a authorized reseller of Vodafone.

They bought lines from Vodafone, and sold them on their own prices plans, tarriffs, etc.

Now, Vodafone has recently taken over Singlepoint, but they havent been integrated into our systems yet, so for all intents and purposes, you're still with Singlepoint.

You have a problem with your phone, your account, want to change your tarriff, want to get up an upgrade, speak to Singlepoint on the phone, or go to a Phones4u shop.

Do not come to Vodafone store, we cant help you.
