Time going forward an hour?

Will the Planetarion time be going forward one hour like the British clocks are?

PA has gone on and off daylight saving time in the past; so I presume that will continue--probably automatically; and most of Europe observes dst at the same time. A 'heads up' announcement from HQ would have been nice, as different countries observe dst at different times (or not at all).
