I have no pics on this computer. One of his mates keeps calling him Mel, because he reckons he looks like Mel Gibson when he appeared in Forever Young. I dunno, cos I've not seen it. He's 25, 1st dan in jitsu and looks damn sexy in a gi. That is all I have to say. Except to say that yes, I am the girl in that bus picture, top row, second from left.

Organic semiconductors: You can get small energy gaps in pi-conjugated polymer chains. I really can't be arsed to explain why. Maybe I will when I've got more energy.

There was no explanation, I said I couldn't be arsed to explain why.

But a pi-conjugated polymer is one where the bonds along the chain alternate single-double or single-triple.
