1up's average score explained
Some people have speculated on why 1up's average score is not as high as they expected. Some have even posited that maybe it's down to a lack of quality in some of our members. The following irc log may go some way toward offering an explanation.

The log is from a 1up channel used by our Military Officers and HCs. It has been edited slightly to remove coordinates and material irrelevant to the main content - but is otherwise unchanged. When it happened it had all of our command staff (except one) in stitches.

Uhm.. no wasn't like that...
I was asked to put scans into the calc... and did so.. but the guy with attackers scans had left for some reason....
so we didn't know.. don't remember who was in charge back then but he decided it was to late to pull anyway... we landed half blind.....
And myself i was landing second tick.. and when someone pasted the br... I looked at the wrong part... and declared our victory in the channel
then sid came with that responce
