Universal resource exchange is now 10%, down from 25%, when trading between galaxy/alliance fund and the universal resource exchange.

its still this "You exchanged 1000 eonium for 750 metal." is it still on todo list?

second:

-Engineering can not be changed if ships are in production, and one of the new priorities is production.

didnt know it was a bug, for me it was a fun thing to do stuff just in time

so why?

the second wasn't the bug itself, but there was an exploit possible and by doing that, it is now fixed.

the 10 % applys to exchange between the gal or alliance fund and the universe fund
it is still 25% for individual planets to exchange resources

is it a typo then? its 5% ingal 10% in allie and 25% in uni nowadays?

What it actually is is that the MoD/Ally HC can trade the resources currently in the gal/ally fund at a cost of 10%, as opposed to 25% as it used to be. Individuals trading with funds or universe hasn't changed afaik.

robban just needs to read it better as i clearly states trade from gal fund with the universe what the MOD can do
