Self-exiling limit
I couldn't find anything about a limit being placed on it, so I assume there is none... (Unless I haven't looked well enough.)
Anyway, I suggest to limit the number of exiles that one can do to 3 or 5. That way there is a smaller chance of getting 'private' galaxies like 6:10 this round.
