There's a farm [OR] what are these smilies?
General Discussions appears to be in exactly the same state as it has been for many many moons with the exception of these insane matrix emoticons.
Could somebody explain these please?

Those Matrix icons are awful.
They are just far too big to be classed smilies.

Re: There's a farm [OR] what are these smilies?
Far be it for me to bitch, but these boards were good until Karm came over with his fancy smilies and pretty programming.
I remember when these boards had the bog standard smilies, no avatars and no coloured text (etc etc...)
They were unique boards, not succumbing to the fashions of other boards. People would post their intellectual pieces and move on, unpeturbed by Frodo masturbating.
Now it sucks.
Karm, make them leave.
JC - Ban anyone who uses anything other than the standard smilies.

Turn avatars off in your control panel. Problem solved!

But avatars are necessary so we can tell ex-mods from everyone else! Surely that's an important distinction to make?

I think you mean me from everyone else; my posts should be jumped to as quickly as possible, because they always contain the crux of the thread, and are paragons of ontopicness.
Plus it lets me know when I last posted in an argument.

Re: There's a farm [OR] what are these smilies?
The smilies would be alright if they were smily size, no takin up half the post! Loads of normal size ones would be cool I think - there's be so many you'd only see them when appropriate.
What was :bukkake: ? Was it like that Ibiza(?) Uncovered one?!
