You know how when you hover over a thread it shows you the first reply in some popup thing? It would be really if you made it popup the last reply when you hovered over 'last post', to save you having to click the thread.

Also you should make the search link go straight to "Advanced Search", because theres no point in having the Basic Search there and its annoying having to click on a further link from that screen.
