DeadMan is an unknown quantity at this point
How about this?

How about PA-crew and MH take some time to review your past rounds performance and support?

If ppl have problems login in. Answer: Talk to your ISP.

We had a few ppl crash now due to not being able to log into the game and the reply they got: "Sorry cant help you, crashing is part of the game. Most ppl just play on."

And this coming from a PA-crew member that (like most of them) are playing activly for another alliance. Nice.

If ppl have problems about anything which cannot be found in Manual. Answer: We cant help you sorry. Talk to your ISP.

When ppl OBIVOUSLY cheat. Answer: Naah I cant see that.
When you are apperantly caught cheating. "So what is this about?" you ask. They say: "We closed to you and deleted your planet cos we caught you stealing roids from the same planet twice this round."

And how about ppl that are caught cheating. They start a new planet the minute later and does the same shit over again without getn caught. Thats brilliant work!

Re: How about this?

I'm not sure what this is, but shouldn't it be in PS?

This was not what they got told, they got told the Planetarion policy for issues like this. If it is not the Planetarion servers that are down, the issue does not lie with Planetarion, but with the local ISP's of the players.

How is this in any way relevant to your grievances? From the looks of things, many alliances had people that crashed, certainly some of the support team members alliances had crashes too. If you are that upset about it, have someone from ND come forward to be a support team member, I am sure Fiery is willing to give people a trial.

What might seem obvious to you, might not be either possible to prove by the caselogs or the valid information the multihunters has to act on. Innocent to proven guilty and all that legal stuff.

A users planet that gets closed has to wait till the planet gets deleted before he can open up a new planet. That is the current "penalty" for being closed in Planetarion. If you have proof of others who have opened a new account before the time expired, report this to a multihunter with the evidence for it.

There is a lot of frustration in your post Deadman, and I generally feel for your guys that crashed, however, if we were to change the rules and policies mid round for cases like this, it does set a dangerous presedence, maybe you can put a case forward to the admins about changing this routine for future rounds.

wrong! it is now accepted to start a new planet straight away, just means you accept the closing of your planet to be legit. I looked this up last round when i caught someone opening a new account after being closed.

Judge is infamous around these parts
Re: How about this?

As for this incident, yes it was NOT a Planetarion server issue, but an internet issue, and from the looks of it not just one ISP, so complaining as has been suggested will get you nowhere as it (was/is?) more than likely a network hardware issue for which they will have a get out clause.

The decent thing to have done where people are looking for some support is to at least give it to them, and recalled the fleets on there behalf.

But that would be too easy, so as usual it is "lets not bother doing anything that means I have to get off my fat arse and work".

The problem with that act is that it gives the people who come with the complaint an unfair advantage towards the ones who wasnt aware of that possibility or know that the support team could (If it was possible) do something like that. If we did it for one planet, we would have to do it for everyone, and since we can't be sure who is actually affected and who is not, the best way to treat an incident like this would be a rollback, however, since we have allready rules in place for this kind of incident, changing it mid round would be unfortunate. And before you complain, no, the relevancy to this incident compared to what happend to you is nill.

It was caused by an outtage of a "Broadband One Internet(bboi.net/host.net)" Core router based in Nevada, relatively close to the location of the PA-servers.
