This logbook entry comes courtesy of nitina who kindly volunteered to replace me while I considered my cyanide pills. Many thanks goes to him for his work and he has assured me that to make you all feel better he wrote it in my style. Of course if he's actually better than me at this I'm going to skin him alive so don't internet masturbate him too much for it. PT 408, and JBG is sick.

After a little over two weeks of round 20, most alliances are fully tagged up. The top 10 alliance rankings are rounded out mostly as could be expected. Vengeance came out with a strong start at the beginning of the round and have kept their #1 rank since PT 120. Destiny has grown into the #2 rank and is currently engaged in war with Conspiracy Theory, the #3. Destiny HC publicly admitted that Destiny and Vengeance have in place an avoidance agreement. CT HC stated he couldn't confirm this, but if it was true and VGN started hitting CT also, CT would have to explore other options. But as the war between Destiny and CT drags on soon into it's second week, both sides feel confident about their positions and the way the round has gone so far. Vengeance is especially happy with their performance this round after recruiting ex-Angels and the gosu bg.

Rounding out the top 5, Omen and VisioN are both in good strategic positions. Omen are rumored to have some out of tag members, if this is true it may give them a boost to compete with the top 3 later in the round. Outside the top 5 ToF F-Crew and TGV are familiar favorites coming back strong after last round. NewDawn is rebuilding after loosing members to CT last round but are staying neutral. Hidden Agenda, making a top 10 appearance, seems to be doing very well for themselves this round. Outside the top 10, Orbit xVx and ROCK returned strong and as could be expected. After a war between F-Crew at #7 and Ascendancy at #12 (with the back up of Peniz-Allianz at #26) in which 0 fleets flew and Wakey didn't get the joke, both alliances seem to have recovered well.

As for what the round may hold, there is still much time left in the round for any party to take the lead. VgN/CT/Destiny and possibly Omen look like the frontrunners for the #1 position, but it seems politics may end up deciding the winner. With a relative calm in wars outside the top 5, all sides are watching and waiting for battle lines to solidify.

Will Vengeance attack CT with Destiny? Will Heartless' prediction come true and blocks form? Are Angels a deadly virus to every alliance they're a BG in? Is there really an Ascendancy world domination scheme? Should I attack Nolez again?

PT 786, and JBG is lazy.

After almost 5 weeks the top 3 have taken a lead from the rest of the pack.
However there have been little developments between them, it seems galraiding is the new definition of war. With Ct having a NAP with Vengeance little action is to be expected from either of them.
Destiny fell a bit behind but are now on a steady 4/5 mln gap and rumour just came in they started planettargeting Ct again.

At the lower regions in the top 10 there are VisioN and ToF who are close on score, however VsN has a nice roidlead.
Omen plummeted to 10th place after kicking a bunch of their inactives, Ascendancy found out XP whoring is viable once more and continues to grow into the top 10 with space left for 19 members.
Interesting to say the least! Can they pull it off just like round 16?
On another hand, Orbit seems to be doing great this round with them taking in the remainders of pMonkeys.

DLR named themselves h3lls angels playing solo this round after losing one of their friends last round having the highest average score is battling Insurrection for place 18. Exciting to say the least!

All in all it seems this round is turning out to be one of the worst ever. Can we blame Paisley for making the stats? Or perhaps Vgn/Ct/Dest HC for not taking arms against this sea of trouble?
Who knows!

Are Vengeance going to settle for second place? Will Alki’s mum ever find out how to use a ladyshave? Whos fleet will qebab crash now? Is Idler going to commit suicide after accepting the position of Community Manager? Is Kargool really getting married? Will JBG ever make his own logbook entry again?
