Note to self. Scratch jitsu off of list.

Cycling and Canoeing. I can do them both alone and in groups, and thought the equip isn't too cheap, it's well worth it.
Nothing like a moonlight river tour.

Yes, indeed, www.cardiffjitsu.com is Sensei Smiley's club. He's great, you should check it out.

Re: what sports do you do?
Let me get this straight, I've just spent the last year with his club on my doorstep (I lived in the Talybont complex) and now I have to walk a mile and a half to go to the club.
Better late than never, I guess.

the first match we beat H2 1-0, thnx to a penaltycorner i took. the team played shite, i played fantastic, didn't lose a single ball, controlled the entire left wing.
the second match we lost 1-0 to Bully 2 (who play 2 divisions higher than we do). should have won though. the team played very well, i played worse than shit, somehow.
overall i'm happy; i have faith in next season, with a bit of luck i think we could win it.
ps: did you meet the new bartender yet?

good God that hurt. I have a nasty red mark on my back, scraped hand, scraped knee and various other injuries. mind you, that was all skidding on some gravel and falling over during the warmup. the rest of the lesson was cool though.

Re: what sports do you do?
I assume the lesson was held indoors on mats, so you did the run outside first? That's crazy talk!
I'll do a mega-bump when I start Ju-Jitsu.
