p3nguins Returning Round 42


In Round 42 The return of the p3nguins alliance. Here is a brief history of the alliance just incase you haven’t heard of this insane place we like to name after a bird which cant fly:

p3nguins was originally created in round 32 by founders Assassin, m0rph3us, mPulse and munkee. With high hopes and some very good players p3nguins hoped to capture 1st place in its very first round however this round also was the first round of another famous alliance.. Apprime. After a great last week Apprime proved to be the top dogs and p3nguins finished in 2nd place. From then on p3nguins played the next 5 rounds, jumping up and down the rankings and having a few rebuilds/re-constructions ending in ranks such as 2nd, 3rd, 11th, 5th, 3rd again then ending its last round in round 37 in 10th.

Now p3nguins has decided to return in round 42. All of its original founding HC (myself , m0rph3us and munkee) with of course mpulse doing the tech once again and new blood TheoDD. Due to this of course being a summer round p3nguins will be a lot smaller then in previous rounds (like its first official round) But will be a lot more controlled. (ie we will be limiting races, ships to build etc)

We welcome any original members to of course contact myself on irc or m0 or munkee in regards to joining us. We will be using similar tools as to before however we will be making some minor tweaks. (ie we will be running a prop system as before for recruitment however it will be more controlled to stop this system being abused)

We wont be having a public channel and will be returning to that rule which we had running in our origonal round. But of course if you need to contact us feel free to type /msg Assassin etc



What we are looking for?



1) High activity – Due to us being a smaller tag this round we will need a high amount of activity.

2) Acceptance to Race choices/Trust – Ie again as I mentioned above we will be limiting races for the members of our alliance based on stats. So we will be pushing this to any one who applies to our alliance and of course we want you to trust the HC/officers judgment.

3) People able to step up when needed – For those of you who have never been in p3nguins before we have open tools.

4) Common sense – As every alliance we expect members to have common sense. We were known as a friendly community, and we wll still have a friendly atmosphere within p3nguins (ie you have a drunken german as a HC you cant get any friendly then that…) But we will as im sure you have gathered with us being a more smaller/controlled environment be taking things slightly serious too.
