Go onto Quakenet sometime, and join #multiplay, and track down Wizzo, he is the boss, and if you speak to him, he should be able to sort it out for you.
I think his email is [email protected]/.co.uk, but I am not sure, so check on IRC, and if you do, let me know, and I can pin his email addy on the top post in the thread.

Errmmmm.............???
The only problems I know of were at i10 (which incidentally is the only event I went to) where a fight nearly broke out between drunk PA peeps and dense CS peeps. That was stopped by Cryptic, but would have been stopped by someone else easy enough anyway.
Basically, no trouble will come to you without you inviting it to. The only problems in the past that people have encountered have been their own fault, and could have been avoided, so unless you don't trust yourself in a social position amongst other people, you will have no problems!

Get a train, would cost you about £40-45 return probably, or about £30 with a young persons railcard, I believe you can get trains direct, or with only one change. It is probably cheaper than driving. If not, it is effectively a case of driving the full length of the M6 to Birmingham, then taking the M42 down a bit to the A43(? - may be wrong number) which goes to Newbury. I would estimate it at about a 6hr drive, minimum. That is gonna be a tank of petrol each way, which means cheaper for 1-2 people to get a train, only if there is 3+ people is it slightly worth driving (and even then train may be cheaper, especially with a young persons railcard)

if that was i10, you sure it wasnt a promo event designed to firmly grasp the average gamers attention ?

Aye those ruffians. Bring a bad name to the game .
Btw, to change what area you would like to sit in goto My Bookings on the multiplay website. From here you can change details of your bookings.
Although not sure if pa has been added to the game selection, should be shortly.

It would have been interesting to watch the PA crew battling it out with 'Ladies of the Night' to protect the decency of the average PA gamer...
Are u sure they were not just some kinky clan?
ps. I may go...haven't made up me mind yet!

Here's me thinking i'd have to wait an entire round to get playing PA again...
I'll be there, i went to i14 as a spectator and didnt think i;'d be able to afford i15. Now PA's there i'm sure i'll find a way....
Having said that i'll be hiding in the bf1942 area as my flatmates are obsessed with that game, and i dont't want to be lonely

Just a thought,
If those who have car spaces could post on here it would help a few people out who are looking for transport down to Newbury.
There seems to be a few people from Scotland looking for lifts and they are willing to contribute towards petrol costs. I'm sure there are some coming from that way that might be able to help fellow PA'ers out
Flights into Gatwick, Luton and Standstead are very cheap on EasyJet / RyanAir and the trains link up well with Newbury from the Airports or those flying in could perhaps meet up with others near the London areas.
Hope this helps

I might swing by for a couple of days, depending on college, and money.
Are there any other blatently welsh people like Dreadnought going that could possibly drive near Anglesey to pick me up? No? Oh well, I suppose it'll have to be the train.
I'm down as a 'possible.'

HILTON HOTEL INFO...
For those that are thinking about staying in the Hilton Central hotel......
I've just booked my rooms, at the rate of £68 for a double room, including an all u can eat buffet stlye breakfast. With two people sharing its £34 each per night, which isn't overly bad. They no longer have the family type rooms at the Central hotel, but they do at the Hilton North hotel, but that is at least a 10 min car journey from the racecourse. ( or an expensive taxi ride ) There is a travel lodge at Tot Hill where the rates are roughly £45 per room per night, you can get more than two in those rooms but there is no breakfast included in thier price.
Direct number for the Hilton Central is 01635 529000.
Hope that helps

i tend not to sleep at these events, as the hotels are far too expensive and theirs often the chance some sexually fustrated CS'or might slip into your sleeping bag if u decide to camp.
