Irish Joke, possibly pre-dating DM
An Irishman walks into a doctors surgery.

"Doctor" he says "Im in terrible agony. Me arse is killin me. Can you take a look"

The doctor asks him to drop his pants, and then proceeds to examine the arse. He is astonished at what he sees

"My God" he says "Theres a twenty pound note sticking out of your anus". "Pull it out for the love of god" says the Irishman. So the doc removes the £20 , and amazingly, theres a £10 note attached to it "Pull that out as well doc". The doctor proceeds to pull these notes out of the Irishman's arse one after the other, and every time its attached to another note. Eventually, he pulls out one final tenner, and that seems to be the end of it. He places the notes in a pile on the floor and counts them.

"How much is there" asks the Irishman

"One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety Pounds exactly" says the doc.

"Ahh, that sounds about right" says the Irishman. "I knew i wasnt feeling two grand"
