Since when did they....
stop allowing attacks in gal, I know in r5 they stopped people sending pods in gal to stop farming, but why cant people send kill fleets in gal anymore?

Its as if galaxies are forced into unification (I'm aware most are unified, but for those that aren't a 'civil war' can be muchos fun!).

In r4 my galaxy was semi-random semi-private as it was a merge of two private gals. This was two groups of IRL friends who couldn't see eachothers views and within days we had full scale in galaxy war. This was ACE and I feel pa is missing something when in galaxy wars arent a possibility.

So when did they stop in gal attacks fully?

Scouse is an unknown quantity at this point
It's to stop ship farming for ziks within gal. I'm not exactly sure when it was though.

It was last round I think. I know it was possible in round 7 because I did it to a defector

Surely they could have just blocked certain ships from being sent as they did with pods?

No. Because people can still send ships to the Ziks and then have the ziks run everything but their steal ships.
