Description: A reasonably short and muscular frame, his body is extremely well toned and is very flexible. He has spent a long time in the occupation of dealing swift and clinical death, it has made him emotionally cold and as a result his facial features are pretty emotionless.

Body Modifications (Physical/Genetic): Eyesight has been augmented through genetic modification to allow him to see in the dark equivilant to a large predatory cat, this is without loosing any ability to see in normal daylight. As a result of his cat like eyesight his eyes reflect all light back through his retina allowing him to make use of any light in even the darkest room. In part he also has the ability to reduce glare and make it capable for him to look at brightly lighted objects without suffering from any blotches or other seeing problems. Hearing has been geneticly modified and been improved further through cybenetic enhancements, he can hear above and below the normal pitch level of a human being and every noise in a 25 metre sphere beyond that his brain can't handle the additional work load without deliberatly closing off his other senses. Electronic neural pathways spanning his entire body designed to work in harmony with his original nervous system, nearly 6 miles in length but only 0.02 mm thick, this was to increase his reflexses and hand to eye coordination, making him ambi-dextrous and giving him a relfex arc of under 0.15 of a second. The added effect of the neural pathways tie's in with his hearing and sight making it easier for the brain to cope with the increased perception. His brain has been genetically modified to handle the additional workload and speed at which he processes information sensory or other. The downside to all of this is that he must not become over tired through lack of sleep as it will lead to uncrontrolled fits, nausia and finally a siezure. Although this is how extended lack of sleep effects all human beings, he can't risk being fully conscious for anything longer then 16 hours at a time.

Abilities: Extensive Martial arts Training/Use, Small arms Maintenance/Use, first aid training compiled with additional but not complete knowledge of toxins, drugs, viruses, poisons and a full knowledge of the human anatomy, 11 years of being an assasin/hitman, a quality critic of most cult martial art movies.

Crimes: 2 counts of murder and poessesion of ilegal weaponry and explosives.
Sentencing: Life - Without any form of parole

Background:
In the eastern sector, on a world known as Anarchi 4 to the average study of a starchart, War has reigned for 3 centuries. Born the son of a captured rebel soldier and the daughter of the royal family of anarchi, and raised as a member of the supreme race, modified and strengthened with gene changes in the womb. Apon birth, did they realise the mistake, noting it, that he was of something other than noble blood. He proceeded from then on, to live happily, never knowing of the outside of the palace, like all nobles, for 16 years.

On the day of his 16th birthday, Malaki was summoned to the throne room at the base of the tower of ages, only to see his mother dragged into the room, chained and stripped of her gown. Before he could protest, she was shot, 5 times, three to the chest, one to the neck and one to the head, by none other than the king himself. Following that, another man was dragged, resisting into thechamber, and by the tatters of a uniform, Malaki gathered his allegence. The armed king kicked him, and spat on his face, before forcing him to tell Malaki the truth. That he was his father. Follwing which, he was prompty executed.

After that, Malaki changed. He took up the arts of Anarch royal bloodline combat techniques, learning to kill and maim enemies with single blows. He infact excelled. He also took study of history, tactics and battle knowledge, along with classical poetry and other such examples of Anarch work. Apon reaching age 20, he was called to service as a general to the realm, and after leading 3000 of his own men into a suicidal defeat, promptly switched sides.

After months of interrogation, they allowed Malaki to join a squad, but never reach a rank higher than sergent. Within a month, he had easily aquired his rank, and since then, had led hundreds of Gurella raids apon enemy encampments, cities or supply lines, along with leading his squad through many larger battles. However, both sides decided, that for the interest of the world, they would avoid fighting, signing a treaty, with one clause, he should be handed over and tried. The Sentence, War Crimes against the Anarch state, and Biological Experimenation without a licence. He was found guilty, but truthfully innocent of both charges.

History:

A born scientist, Dr. Boridon Meloshivitch was the brilliant son of Dr. Michael Crane & Dr. Rachel Heartly. Showing a natural aptitude for the sciences at an early age, Boridon advanced quickly through the mandatory schooling of Meridian III, and entered the Meridian University of the Sciences at the age of thirteen. His great successes pleased his demanding parents to no end, and they encouraged his youthful desire to know everything. Unfortunately, in their zeal to support their son's desire to learn, Boridon's parents apparently forgot to also instill in him a sense of morals.

Although Boridon had an interest in all of the sciences, he quickly came to believe that the field of biochemistry had the greatest potential to improve mankind. Most of the promising fields for improvement, however, were either outlawed or restricted to government-sponsored research only. Annoyed at being denied his chance to prove himself at the university, and feeling that his professors were holding him back out of fear, Boridon began to conduct his own clandestine experiments.

Eventually, Boridon became fascinated with the human body's production of the chemical adrenaline, and how it enhanced the human body's abilities in dangerous situations. At first, Boridon simply worked on producing an artificial form of adrenaline, and one that could be made from simple "household" products. He quickly developed a form of the substance, although he wasn't entirely convinced that it would remain stable in the human body once injected. He needed a test subject.

His current biochemistry teacher made a sufficient, if not entirely willing test subject; as did his parents later on. Sadly, all of them quickly died upon being exposed to the chemical, although Boridon did learn enough to discover that his form of adrenaline wasn't pure enough. Fearing that the Meridian Police force would quickly figure out just who was behind these "murders", Boridon quickly booked passage off of Meridian III, and fled the system.

For the past fifty years he has moved from place to place, never staying long in any one system lest the authorities discover him. He also changed his experimental tactics, switching from "mad, murdering scientist", to "mad, dangerous-drug dealer". Selling his artificial adrenaline on the street as a new kind of stimulant, Boridon was always sure to examine the bodies of anyone that "overdosed' (which, technically, was everyone) at the Morgue. To fund his experiments, Boridon also sold various chemical and biological agents that he cooked up in his spare time to various terrorist groups, thereby ensuring his partial guilt for the Terrorist Gas Attack on the Varl Spaceport.

Despite his constant failures and setbacks, Boridon was very close to discovering the exact chemical formula that the artificial adrenaline needed to be accepted by the human body, when he was finally captured by the authorities. Boridon could have, with the last of his funds from the Varl Liberation Front, bought the very best lawyers to defend him. Instead, Boridon defended himself, and blatantly pleaded guilt to all of his crimes, turning his trial into a platform for expounding the virtues of his new product, despite the costs humanity suffered for all the necessary experiments.

Boridon was unanimously found Guilty on all accounts, and sentenced to immediate execution upon arrival at the penal colony, as the judge feared some terrorist group might attempt to break Boridon out of jail for his extensive knowledge of chemical weapons.

The charge was rapidly changed to murder, but not before it started a renewed burst of speculation and conspiracy theories about the fleet’s less publicised areas of operation. The fact that the convict’s implants were all shut down at the conclusion of the trial by a fleet official suggests that the augmentations themselves may have been government issue.

ALL Characters - As you struggle against the guards, you feel a prick against your arm. Splitting your attention, you see a nurse pull back with a hypo-spray. You slowely start to feel drowsey, and unable to move as the effects of whatever in that spray kick in. You barely notice the guards stripping you out of your prisoner garb, and pull you into a cryo-suit. You are barely able to make out a intricate weave of sensors and eletronics on it as the finish fastening it on you. Pulling up a hood over the top of your head, they then apply a set of googles to your eyes, then with a sudden choking sensation they push a tube into your throat. You try to gasp for breath, and fine that you are able to continue to breat. Foxusing your eyes, you see the curve of a plastic breathing face-mask.

The guards then pick you up weakly, and none-to gently push you into a cryo-chamber. The chamber, verticle with the ground is barely big enough for you. You try to resist, but fail due to the drugs as they strap you into the chamber. You overhear the guards talking about the long trip you have ahead, 4 weeks to a long-range penal colony, far away from any sign of civilization on what is a hellplanet. You feel another prick, and suddenly you feel so cold, so very cold. Another prick, this time you see the nurse applying a blood-filtering device to your chest, which digs into your flesh with tiny tbs, filtering your blood. The guards pull back and the lib of the cryo-chamber comes rushing down. Moving your eyes around, you watch a super-cooled gasses enter the chamber, Holding your breath, you feel the gasses slowely make their way into your system. Your vision wavers, flickers, then finally fades away.........

You open your eyes, mouth open in a soundless scream as you feel the aftereffects of a eletrical shock course through your system. You start to gag on the breathing tube, but can't move due ot the restraints. Suddenly your restraints release on their own, and you fall forward, striking the ground with bruising force, unable to stop your fall. Reaching up to your mouth, you yank off the breathing mask and breathing tube, letting sweet oxygen go into your lungs. Looking around, you try to spot the guards, probably having a good laugh at your expense, but instead you see the blurry outline of shapes. Blinking, your eyelids feeling like sandpaper against your eyes, you focus and see to your shock other prisoners, some of them moving like you, others not moving at all. Pulling off the goggles, you are more clearly able to see your surroundings. The first thing you notice, there are no guards in the chamber.
  • Location - Cryo-Chamber #1 - The chamber is simple in design. A rounded shape, there is a single airlock door in a indent. The rest of the walls are filled with 12 cryo-pods. The middle of the chamber is the preparation table, where you were prepped for your freezing. There are no boxes nor containers, the only thing visible is a standard first-aid kit next to the airlock door, and a fire-neutralizer unit on the other side of the doors. The airlock doors are shut, but you see dimly a green light, indicating there is atmosphere on the other side of the doors and that they are unlocked. As you look around at the other prisoners, you see all but 3 move. Those 3 that are not moving have a good reason not to be, for they are corpses in various states of decomposition.

    • NPCs - There will be a few NPC's (2 ATM - profiles will be posted soon). These NPC's will only take a background role, and probably die, but they serve as a method for killing those who "powerplay" or do something really dumb, or to just guide you.
    • June 23rd (Wednesday) - June 28th (Monday) I will be on vacation at the Million Man Lan down in United States, Kentucky (www.millionmanlan.com for more information). Thus while I will be on the computer, and will ahve outside internet access, I will NOT be doing any DM'ing work on Trapped during that time.
    • Movement between sections of ship - Until at least the entire ship has been explored, you can only move into the next adjacent section. After I post the description, you can move between multiple explored sections.

*Zorro rubs his nose as he sits up. He props himself against the wall until his vision completely clears up. Regaining total conciousness, he stands and looks around. He realizes he is far from alone, as everyone else, including the dead corpse has fallen out of its cryro chamber as he has. Zorro was expecting to wake up with guards surrounding him, to jetison him to his empty planet of exile for the rest of his life. Realizing there are no guards around, he immedietly begins to sense that SOMEthing is wrong. Worse yet, he is surrounded by murderous criminals. Having been in the clandestine service, he could hold his own, and perhaps bump a few off while they were still drugged. He then notes that if indeed something HAS gone wrong, everyone will have to pull together in order to survive. Having no drastic drug effects, Zorro begins walking around and helping everyone to their feet.*

Collasping with revulsions hard again the floor, clawing at the mask to his face ina berserk manner, leting it drop its foul contents coughing harsly as Echari looks around through his blurred vision at the other prisoners. The haze over his eyes lifting tis veil fully now, feeling strength surge back into his body.

Muttering quitly to himself as he seem to be looking for somone in particular, pushing his palms to the ground to lift his body up uneasly. The sight of a long dead corpse ahrdly a frieghtening sight to him anymore, simply walkign over it ignroign anyone he passes to rasp his knuckles agaisnt its skull.

Streching his stiff joints, taking a harder look at the other inamtes now, unable to stop a angry curl and low growl at the sight of any obviosuly modierfied ones, some maybe had less visible ones but. Making a mental note to find out later.

Akiro coughs violently after removing the tube. Lieing on the floor, and realy not feeling like getting up, he figures that the guards will come and pick him up sooner or later, once they have their fun.
After a while realizing that there probly won't come any guards and seeing the others get to their feet, although some seem to be quite dazed. He slowly gets to his feet to look around and try to figure out what is going on. Looking around he sees a nice mix of lunatics and aliens. Some of them seem to be very familiure. "Must have seen em on TV i figure" he thinks to himself.
Thinking aloud to himself he says
"hmm I wonder.. if there's no guards here they must not know that we're awake. That should give us an advantage when we need to fght them..."

grinning slightly to himself as he breathes deeply, John Doe looks at the mask that had kept him alive during the trip, the very same mask that had felt like it was trying to kill him a few seconds ago... he also felt weird... like he had the worst hangover in years... then he saw some guy who had no problems with the awakening, walking around offering his help...

gladly, the help to get to his feet was accepted, and slowly, John tried to focus his eyes, and keep himself from falling to the floor again. He casualy looked around, and spotted the first aid kit, to which he went, and which he picked up. opening it, he browsed to see it's contents

Aldren lay still for several seconds and then pushed himself up into a standing position. He stood still for a few moments, staring at the ground and supporting himself on his cryo-pod, waiting for his vision to focus. When it finally came into perspective he looked up, leaning against the cryo-pod he reached up and removed his mask. He dropped the mask and grabbed his throat with one had as if he was choking but after a few short seconds he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He shook his head slightly and then took another look around the room, now able to balance more easily he staggered a few steps, with each step his posture changed and became more confident and natural.

After pacing carefully near his cryo-pod he again stood still, staring at his hand, flexing his narrow fingers to help remove the stiffness. He turned to examine his cryo-pod, looking at it for a good few minutes he stepped back and spoke, his voice was soft but very plain.

"Primitive cryo-technology."

Turning to look at the others, his every movement now looking more natural than his previous stagger, his back was straight and he looked more dignified now.

"Are there not meant to be guards here?"

Mumbling somthing to himself, as everyone went about recovering or helping the others, Echari simple takes a step back to carefull examine everyone with a pasive stare. Noting the way they walked avout some obiviously under the influence of drugs, suggesting they had to be made dosile for various reasons.

"first things first before we all go about like blind mice, either this is some game or for whatever reason the gaurds are not going to show up. Wether your innocent or not of whatever you are all here for, they noramlly treat cryo revival with a great deal of imprtance, so it seem unlikly they just let us all wake up and get time to gather our senses. More liekly they try to confuse and bully us so we offer little to no resitance. Secondly.."
Laying his figners on the skull of the rotting corpse, moving its head about in its limp manner.

"Things like this are normally cleaned up, rotting flesh smells and few ships keep bodies lying around for decoration."
Taking in a long held breath, flexing his fingers easily clenching them into a tight fist. Realsing its grip seconds later feeling the all to human strength flow through him.

"I dont pretend to be a expert in the matters of the examing the long and not so long dead shells we leave behind, but I remeber hearing somthing before I was put into taht metal coffin about this trip taking four weeks, meaning this one been dead longer than that. What you do from here on is up to you but I recommend you find out what you can about what is really happening and work at this puzzle slowly."
Moving himself over to the airlock, examines the airlock seal controls and locking mechanism, ignroing the presence of evertyone else for now better to bide time and gather information first.

Gokan fell rather ungracefully to the floor of the compartment. He knew the lights were no brighter than they had been before, nonetheless it hurt his eyes through the minimal protection of his eyelids. Spending a few seconds lying there he felt the pain in his eyes lessen until finally he opened them, squinting slightly he rose to a kneeling position.

This... Is not a pleasant way to travel. he managed to think over the high pitched buzzing in his skull. He was already developing a severe headache.

His eyes, oversensitized by four weeks of cryo-sleep, had finally fully adjusted to the icey-white artifical lighting of the chamber and he peered around at the others with him. Several seemed in a similar state to him others were in better condition, one way or another, they all looked like they'd been out drinking solidly for a week, and then managed to grab 5 hours sleep.

The buzzing was still in his head, loud and abnoxious as it had been during his trial, summary though it had been. And I was expected to get used to this? Without going crazy? He smirked Then again what would they care if I went crazy. Killed a few fellow prisoners, maybe even myself. he shook his head slightly and winced.

Quickly he returned his attention to the others. For a while he stared at them one at a time, trying to guage their physical strengths and weaknesses, looking out for any obvious implants or modifications. His head hurt too much. Standing up he walked over towards the medical kit. He was beaten to it by an albino inmate, who promptly started rifling through it's contents.

"If you find an aspirin or something similar. Let me have one." he said, for a moment he moved as though he were going to sit down against the wall, then he noticed the green indicator above the airlock door. Strange, he thought.

He moved into the airlock, briefly checking the readings on the display panel by the door, Figures match... More or less... No point in cycling the airlock.

Gingerly he reached out and pushed the control to open the door into the rest of the ship...

Malaki slumps from his pod, and hits the deck with a lovely loud crunch. Trying to stand himself up, he pulls his arms underneath him and pushes. Realising he isn’t moving, he sighs, and looks at the large mechanised shoulder, with the large round socket for his arm. Empty. To which he curses loudly. He pulls himself to his feet and looks across at the rest of his convict uniform, ripped and torn, but nothing-vital showing. Typical anti-hero. Smiling to himself, he runs through a set of loosing stretches, feeling his arm and legs relax somewhat, after the adrenaline was literally frozen from the panic. Still, all better now…

Standing up, he leans on the table and checks to see if his socket is ok. A few pokes later reveal the arm should still fit, bearing in mind he needs to find it. Standing up straight, he looks at everybody else and smiles.

“Ragtag bunch of pirates, brigands and murderers. Reminds me of home…”

falls out of his tube and falls to the floor, moaning

blinks rapidly trying to bring the world into focus, after gaining some semblence of proper sight tobias manages to turn his head slightly, the movement causes a wave of nausia to cource through him and he wretches, bringing up nothing but pain

*cough*... *cough hack*

feeling very disoriented and rather dizzy he begins to sense that his legs and arm are missing, tobias' eyelid twitches and he begins trying to drag himself across the floor to what he believes is the door, about halfway there what strength he has gives out and he collapses, unconsious, 5 minutes later he wakes back up feeling a little better but still way out of whack, he looks about and sees the other people coming out of thier stupor, he looks back to the door and for the first time sees the first aid kit and begins moving towards it

urgh, feel so weak... *cough*

after finally reaching the kit tobias grabs onto it with a deathgrip and collapses again, not relaxing his grip at all

After making the rounds, Zorro realizes the man who was now LEAVING the cyro chamber had a point. Something must have gone horribly wrong for dead bodies to be left to decompose, and the cyro prisoners to awaken not only without guards, but given time to recover their senses. Still, there HAD to be someone on the ship who knew what happened and what was going on now. Zorro knew he had to find whatever crew members were left. He follows the man who just went through the airlock (Darkling).

"I hope you don't mind if I accompany you, but I don't think hanging around in the chamber will do anyone much good, or solve any of our current puzzles. I'm Zorro by the way."

tobias again wakes slowly to find himself nearby the airlock, his eyes now sufficiently recovered to see, he clumsily stuffs the first aid kit into his jumper suit and he begins attempting to open the airlock, straining up with his arm to hit the button but to no avail, he begins to quiver with exertion, and his vision begins to fade, he slides down and loses consiousness

*Flapjack quickly noticed the energy field restraining him suddenly failed and managed to get out of the small emitter array without to much trouble, he quickly noticed several people standing around and checked his body, finding it was all in order. Other then the distinct lack of hair, his body was covered and the pinkish/brownish colour most humans found normal*

"Well, look at this.. What are the guards waiting for..."

*Flapjack quickly moved over to airlock where Gokan stood and entered the rest of the ship right behind him, whispering softly*

"Looks like something bad happened around here, at least we've still got partial power."

then continued at a louder, more audible for everyone, volume. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm heading into engineering, this ship looks like it's going to fall apart and I don't want that to happen quite yet."

with that, Flapjack started moving towards the engineering section, quickly checking around him for anything that might be usefull

The cryo-fluid swirls around in his ear canals, muffling the sound so everything blends into a groaning rushing like a million people crying out in pain as they plummet into the frothing mass of a waterfall. In his mind he drifts closer to the edge and suddenly is falling; falling…

With a hard thud Richard hits the metal deck and tries to open his eyes. Nothing, just a dry grating sensation and blackness, darker somehow than before he opened his eyes. He tries to scream but his throat won’t let him, he doesn’t seem to have any air in his lungs. His head begins to spin and darker spots whirl behind the blackness of his eyelids and finally Richard remembers something. His hands seem reluctant to move up to his head and his fingers falter at the edges of the mask, it seems like an eternity before the claustrophobic mass is heaved from his face and he feels the cold air waft against his skin.

He takes a deep choking breath, sucking in the rich oxygen and nitrogen; his eyes fill with tears. After a few gasps his breathing calms down and he starts to notice what his senses are telling him about this world outside the mask. His ears still clearing of the fluid fill the room with a gargling brocade of footsteps, voices and machinery that his still drowsy mind weaves into an impromptu performance of Beethoven’s 3rd. As such his first clear impression of the chamber is that it stinks of death, and this is most definitely not what he was expecting.

Wiping his eyes on the sleeve of his overall he pulls himself to his knees and looks through the mist at his awakening. All the chambers are empty, their contents dumped unceremoniously on the floor in front of them. Four of them are obviously going nowhere, and three of those don’t look as though they care much either way, the remaining one appears to have misplaced a few limbs and doesn’t even seem to have maintained consciousness long enough to be interested in where he put them.

Richard utters a coarse and exceedingly heartfelt expletive at the situation and clambers onto his feet. His legs however don’t seem to agree with this situation just yet and it is only through sheer will that he remains upright, albeit leaning heavily against the wall of the cryo-chamber. After a few moments of feeling like his entire lower body was being rolled around a pit of caltrops he locates his feet again and stands up unaided.

Walking comes naturally after that and within moments Richard is stepping over the legless mass towards the hatch. Out of long standing instinct his right hand slides over the controls, fingers flickering in the override commands; it is only when the door starts to open that Richard looks down at the panel and frowns. He’s supposed to be a prisoner on this ship; cell doors most definitely do not open because the person inside asks nicely. He turns slightly and looks back into the chamber he woke up in only a few minutes before and raises an eyebrow at himself. Three dead bodies and every cryo-tube defrosting at the same time without even a single guard or any medical personnel present - and he was surprised at a door opening.

With the practised half crouch of someone too tall for his ship’s design specs Richard slides out of the doorway and looks down the corridor at a retreating backside wandering off towards the rear of the vessel. Somehow he doubts that they’re going to get very far on their own. Richard leans back into the room and looks around at the few people who are upright and seem likely to remain so.

“Well?”

Looking down at the man lacking limbs, his ice blue eyes showing no signs of concern or sympathy. He turned his gaze up to the man standing in the airlock. Taking a few steps closer to him, every move now fluent and graceful, no signs of a drug visible but he felt it there, slowing his reflexes.

"We should find out all we can about our current situation."

With that he stepped over Mad Cat and into the airlock, glancing into the corridor beyond.

Zorro, notes the body language of the individual in front of him. He laughs at his mentioning how far he would trust the lot in the room.

*As Greeniths pod opens up with a hiss, Greeniths arrival into the room is annouced by a shout, a thrashing of limbs, and a shattering of glass. Greenith lands on the ground amidst the broken pieces of his cryo chamber, the cold blood slowly oozing out of glass lacerations. Realising that he cannot breathe, he reaches up to his face and finds the mask and breathing device. Ripping them from his body with a gasp of pain, Greenith begins to suck in the stale air of the ship. Struggling to his feet, Greenith stumbles and falls, this time avoiding the glass he broke on his first trip to the floor. Rolling onto his back, he checks himself for his injuries. once he is satisified that he is in no danger of immediately dying, his next big concern hits.
Food.
Turning his head, Greenith takes in all of the people around. None appear to be good meals. Spying a corpse, he is suddenly overcome by vomit, somethign that is totally new to Greenith when in the presence of a body. He empties his stomach, mostly filled with liquid, onto the floor and forces himself to sit up, as niether rolling into glass or vomit is appealing to him. Finding his voice, he begins to speak, stops, clears his throat, and starts again.*

What is going on? And where is food.

*Iradona groans involuntarily as she feels herself falling forward, muffled by the breathing device. Feeling herself slam to the ground, she unconciously rips the tube from her throat, gasping for air. The scene becoming clearer as her eyes focus. Curling into a ball at first, her body aching from far too long in the same position, reaching out her arm searching for something she was always accustomed to finding but to no avail. Finally remembering where she was, she frowns.
Looking to the right in the direction she was lying, eyes drifting over the other figures, realizing suddenly more than one of them were decomposed corpses. She sits up quickly and looks around at the other criminals. Her heart beginning to race, searching for someone. Not seeing him she gazes back at the three corpses, worried, thinking to herself.
That one is too small...I think....that one ...I'm not sure is human....that one....had modifications..can't be him.
Gazing back at the first corpse, still unsure if that was or wasn't him she struggles with her emotions, not wanting to show any in this environment. Her main concern now was the ones alive. She could cause damage alone but was only truely deadly with her partner..or at least the right equipment, but neither seemed available right then.
Her senses returning comepletely Iradon stands up.slowly, using the pod as a brace until she regains her legs, letting out another small aching groan. Taking in the situation she gazes at the man on the floor, a smirk flashing quickly on her lips as she recognizes the over enchanced being, muttering a little quietly.
"Alnd what good are those enhancements now foolish one"
Gazing up she notices the figure at the doorway and then over to the other one who was moving.
"Hmm...yes..you would have thoughts there would be guards."
Her thoughts being distracted as the inmate at the door got it open.
"And it would seem that may be a good thing they aren't around"
She moves slowly toward the door, not wanting to get too close to anyone just yet.

tobias slowly becomes more aware of his surroundings as his metabolism begins working on the drugs, and his mind begins to work properly, he hears someone mocking him and mumbles something uninteligable, groaning softly he drags himself into the airlock and out into the hallway, he rests his head on the floor and looks down each hall, black spots return to his vision and he makes a strange sound in the back of his throat

Aldren moved out into the spine of the ship, this passage way connected the various areas of the ship. He proceeded in a direction he judged most likely the way to the fore, until he came to what he presumed was the bridge, after all he had not had much experience aboard a human vessel before, definatly not one such as this. He reached up and his long blue fingers activated the control panel to open the door to the bridge, he glanced inside.

Iradona glances around outside the airlock. Seeing the urgency of the others to leave the area she quietly ducks back into the chamber and looks around it away from the prying eyes of at least three less. Examining the area around the doorway she notices the missing first aid kit, grumbles herself, thinking.
There might have been something of use to me in there.
Continuing to explore, she comes across the fire neutralizer. Pulling it off the wall she tests the weight and then proceeds to look for any label of it's contents.
Anything I can use against this bunch of freaks and criminals the better.
Tucking it under her arm she gazes around once more, a lump forming in a throat out. She moves a little reluctantly toward the first corpse, to confirm or deny or greatest fear. Looking for anything she knew Echari wouldn't have, her fingers brushing aside scraps of skin she comes across a small metal piece imbedded in the bone. Breathing a deep breath after holding hers so long she relaxes a little. Turning around again she moves over to her cryochamber, her curiosity peeking as she tries to figure out what chemicals they used to subdue them, how much there was, and if there was any left. Her mind racing, determined there had to be something here to indicate how long they were in those chambers, her eyes glancing back and forth from the corpses to the chamber's mechanisms.

And now, time for some DM'age.

First of all, you are now witnessing what happens if you go running through unexplored sections (see exhibits Mad Cat, Flapjack, and Mouse). Remember that rule, for while you MIGHT have a basic knowledge of the ship, you don'tknow anything.

Second, if you did not reply/post/do anything that required you to move or whatnot, you didn't get much of a DM, for there is basically nothing in the cryo-chambers.

Third, for those of you exiting the cryo-chambers, you both automatically see the entrance to the other chamber and people leaving it as well.

Fourth, all items that have been found have their descriptions post on the first page. Please refer to that.

Well, that's covers that. The last DM before my vacation will occur on Monday.
  • Location - Connector Spine - The spine is approximently 50 meters in length and 10 in width. You see large pipes along the ceiling, with the floor composed of a mesh metal. There are a few scattered boxes scattered about, stacked against the walls. There are also 12 hatches, all of them sealed, with red lights on over them, indicating that there is no atmosphere on the other side of the hatchway. The lights in this section flicker oddly, as if there was barely enough power to operate them. On either end are large set's of double-airlock doors, both sealed, yet with green lights indicating atmosphere on the other side.
    • Mad Cat - Congradulations on being the first fatality in my thread. As you crawl your way amazingly despite the drugs in your system, on one arm no less, you make your way aft. To bad for you 4 Turrets drop from the ceiling. These are Archon Plasma Projectile Auto-Defence Turrets, which you find that their advertisers were not lying when they said they were ACCURATE when they each fire 10 shots, and within the span of 2 seconds turn the rest of your body into a blackened, hole-filled shell of it's former self (don't worry for the rest of you meat eaters, he still has lots of meat on him). You die before even realizing what happened.
      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - First-Aid Kit
      • Health - D-E-A-D!!! (Now get the hell outta my thread)
    • Flapjack - As you walk towards engineering, you see what appears to be another convict, with all but his arm missing. The hiss of lowering turrets warns you to danger, and you jump to the side, but to late. Out of the 40 shots fired, 20 were aimed at you, several missing, the rest striking your lower body and legs. You amazingly feel pain as your legs are blown off your body, and sent flying several meters behind you. Landing hard, you see the other prisoner is not as lucky, as in dead, and the turrets aim at you, they start to spudder and hiss, then fall limp, the targetting lights on them fading away, as if they have run out of power.
      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - None
      • Health - Both leg's destroyed, lower torso filled with holes. Authorities determined that you ARE a energy based lifeform, and thus hastely created a coller that interferes with your energy matrix. This leads to you being disorientated, dazed, unable to fully concentrate, and unableto channel energies.
    • Mouse - As you walk along, you see another prisoner walking ahead of you with a odd looking coller on (Flapjack) and another on the ground, crawling with one arm, for the other 3 seem to be missing. With only a few hisses for warning, you see 4 turrets drop from the ceiling ahead of you, and open fire. The prisoner standing in front of you jumps to the side, and you follow suit, and seel great pain as a stray shot strikes your left hand. Landing, you see the one crawling prisoner obviously dead, the other one missing his legs, then a massive wave of pain hits you and you look at your left hand, and see you are missing all but your thumb and index finger, with the rest of your hand a bloody and burnt mess, the fingers themselves GONE, and a significant chunk of the hand itself gone as well.
      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - None
      • Health - Left hand missing last 3 fingers, massive bleeding.
    • Blake - As you glance outside into the connector spine, you see three prisoners fall under assualt from what appears to be defensive turrets. Ducking away, you hear the turrets fire, then stop. Looking out again, you see one prisoner obviously dead, another one missing his legs/lower torso, and a third clutching a badly wounded hand.
      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - None
      • Health - Drugged with mild sedative to slow your reflexes.
    • Richard - As you glance outside into the connector spine, you see three prisoners fall under assualt from what appears to be defensive turrets. Ducking away, you hear the turrets fire, then stop. Looking out again, you see one prisoner obviously dead, another one missing his legs/lower torso, and a third clutching a badly wounded hand.
      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - None
      • Health -
    • Spritely Zombie / Gokan - Catching the painkillers, you gulp all 3 pills down without hesitation. However the headache does not fade away as you step outside. As you glance outside into the connector spine, you see three prisoners fall under assualt from what appears to be defensive turrets. Ducking away, you hear the turrets fire, then stop. Looking out again, you see one prisoner obviously dead, another one missing his legs/lower torso, and a third clutching a badly wounded hand.
      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - None
      • Health - Interference chip inserted in neural interface (Effects - Disorientation, Inability to think clearly)
    • Darkling - As you glance outside into the connector spine, you see three prisoners fall under assualt from what appears to be defensive turrets. Ducking away, you hear the turrets fire, then stop. Looking out again, you see one prisoner obviously dead, another one missing his legs/lower torso, and a third clutching a badly wounded hand.
      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - Fire Neutralizer
      • Health -
  • Location - Cryo-Chamber #1 - The chamber is simple in design. A rounded shape, there is a single airlock door in a indent. The rest of the walls are filled with 12 cryo-pods. The middle of the chamber is the preparation table, where you were prepped for your freezing. There are no boxes nor containers, the only thing visible is a standard first-aid kit next to the airlock door, and a fire-neutralizer unit on the other side of the doors. The airlock doors are shut, but you see dimly a green light, indicating there is atmosphere on the other side of the doors and that they are unlocked. As you look around at the other prisoners, you see all but 3 move. Those 3 that are not moving have a good reason not to be, for they are corpses in various states of decomposition.

      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - None
      • Health - Drugged (Effects - Disorientation, General Weakness, Inability to focus eyes properly - 2 hours until effects wear off)

    • Dragonsjem - As you examine the cryo-chambers, you see the injection ports that were plugged into your suit. Several of them obviously were used to exchange fluids, however they are long dry. In addition within the chamber itself, there is nothing that can be picked up. As you look at the label of the Fire Neutralizer, you see simple instructions on how to use it, that it shoots out a inert foam designed to block oxygen from feeding the fire, and a warning not to shoot the foam at other people.
      • Clothing - Cryo-Suit
      • Items Carried - Fire Neutralizer
      • Health -
    • Aglarzir

Gokan barely warrants the injured and dead prisoners a cursory glance. Of course the engineering section would be defended, likely in case of a situation similar to this. Fools.

Gokan carefully checks the nearest box for any indications of it's contents, completely ignoring the pitiful moans of the turrets' victims. Finding nothing indicating that the contents are dangerous, he carefully opens it. Checking the contents he takes anything that could be of value, and proceeds to checking the next box.

Sighing frustrated as there was hardly anything of use in the room. Prepared she could manage on her own. However, this situation was different. She needed something...anything. Taking note of the danger the fire neutralizer could cause she forces a small grin of optomism. Taking a deep breath, Iradona reluctantly moves to face the other inmates, stepping into the corridor and glances to the right and left and then in front of her..
Her fear discipating as she spots Echari, catching his gaze, she nods slightly and bring the fire neutralizer slightly in front of her for him to see, then slips it back out of sight a little for now.

*in response to Greeniths question for food, he suddenly hears gunfire and screams. Looking towards the door, and picking what he hopes is the correct door and not a double vision hallucination, Greenith begins to crawl towards the spine. He suddenly feels something hard rap him on the skull. Flinching at first and then hissing curses under his breath, he begins to make his way about 4 feet to his left, where he finds the correct door. Peering out into the hallway, waiting for his eyes to focus a bit, Greenith spies three forms, each pumping blood and only two of which are moving to any extent. HIs scavenging instincts kicking in, Greenith makes his way towards the dead body. Upon reaching it, he gives it a sniff. definitely dead he thinks to himself. I hope i can consume the flesh in this human form. without further hesitation, Greenith rips open the mans jumpsuiit, revealing his bloody mess of a torso. Bending down, Greenith sinks his teeth into a slightly less charred section of the body, and rips off the skin, spitting the burnt, unpleasant mess to the side. Going down again, he sinks his teeth into a juicy piece of meat, a muscle of some sort, and bites, the blood flowing out of the wound and soaking his face and clothes. Pulling the piece out and swallowing it whole, he sighs, thinking to himself, real food at last... After taking a few more bites and hitting bone, he sits back up to move to a new spot to eat from, when he turns around to the group watching him, smiling a red smile, blood dripping off of his chin, he speaks*

Anyone want some? its pretty good. you just have to....aquire..a taste for it

*laughing darkly a bit, he returns to his meal*

i said i was going in that direction, not that i went there, besides, if the deck is cold metal and unless my suit is latex or rubber or something like that it will slide pretty easily and a hand will grip pretty well so it will not take much effort to drag one's half self along, and if im so retartedly pumped full of drugs, then i will probably be lieing on my face untill, if the plot line continues similarly as it did before, i am either decompressed or frozen solid, so ive tried to get my self into a position where i wont simply end up dead right away
