[Football] England
In before hordes of complaining england fans.
Another dyer england performance (lollers)
Almost zero positives to take from the game, im afraid. Lacklustre in every area of the park. Carrick is an absolute also ran for club and country. Dyer was MIA, and SWP was good when attacking players but absolutely knackered after 20 minutes. Crouch's hold up play was superb, but couldnt finish his dinner. Lampard was next to anonymous, Gerrard had one or two moments of brilliance but gave the ball away cheaply. P. Neville looked scared, and the defence coped only 'alright' with what was after all, a very mediocre spain performance as well.
There are some players making the squads that arent england quality. Gareth Barry is too negative and too slow to play at that level, apart from as an Emergency Left back if Cole and Bridge remain injured. Trying to play Barry against top sides at left mid is laughable.
I was actually supporting england tonight, as yet again (as all you lot probably do too) i thought it was going to be a good game. I probably should have rolled about in the snow in my underpants or something for a couple of hours, because that cold hell would have been more enjoyable than the fare served up tonight.

*England in underperformance shocker*
But seriously, what happened with terry? Did he play? If so, for how long?

Re: [Football] England
as announced, he didnt play.
Woodgate and Ferdinand played in defence and did 'alright', though in fairness, Spain were so ****ing mediocre they didnt have much to do. Woodgate got pulled out wide for the goal and Iniesta scored at the far post because the entire england back 4 shifted one place to the Spain left for comedy value. Very much like a lot of goals ive seen Liverpool concede this season where Finnan gets drawn into the center.

I suppose that's a good thing. Don't want to risk him for that steaming pile of shit.

Re: [Football] England
Shrug - most of the first 11 out injured and it was a friendly.
Lampard must be dropped for the next game and we still need to find someone who can play on the left (other than the coles)

Re: [Football] England
playing 4-5-1 is next to inexcusable, especially in a friendly. the fans were right to boo the 'team' off the field

If there's no balance, why does anyone bother?

Did you talk about where to house lots of vulnerable teenage girls because you should probably share the wealth if so
