I wish the Misc on universe rankings showed how many of the planets were paid and how many were free.

Id guess 1k-2k. Some old and new caces has returne. Admins should listen to the allies/players. They could get many players that way, if alliances like Ministry and others returned.

It is very limited. You have a limited tech tree available, less resources at the start and you won't see incomming to your galmates.
