I had fun in eclipse and it was great to be in a galaxy with QueenDax etc.

sad to here Eclipse is leaving Planetarion, hopefully it will do aswell in other games as it did in Planetarion..

Focht clearly rocks as do all the officers/HC that were there when i was there etcetc

So true, well about the first two anyway, Planetarion should have let it be and ended after R8.

Didn't really enjoy my time in Eclipse that much, but that was mainly to do with several people being spastics rather than the alliance, it was however far better than any of the alternatives and it meant that I got to stick with some of the bestest people ever in Planetarion for an extra round, so thanks guys.

The big question I've always had though is this, who was Marajade ? Surely it was a troll account, no one could be that stupid without trying, also who made it a BC ? And why did it want to sleep with Denniz ? My money is that it was Focht in disguise.

Good luck in that clone everyone seems to be playing.

With all respect etc to Focht's decision and pple's opinion like Hicks, I do not think PA is dead, nor is the community. Ofc you are entitled to have that opinion, and from your point of view it might even be correct, but don't generalize this feeling as all other alliances are still playing this game and unless they all quit, there will be a game and there will be a community.

Nway, that's just my opinion on this matter.

if your comparison had any ground i would now ask why "less superior" considering eclipse won 2 of the 2.5 rounds it played.
If any wording would fit and we would follow your assumptions i guess "adjusted to the competition" would match it best.

PA once had banner clicks. PA's player base way back when was much more than clone-base is now. PA went p2p due to lack of banner clicks. What happens when owners of clone go broke and clone has to go p2p or fall flat on it's arse?

Answer: We see this again:

I dont think Focht is beign dramatic, and why is it when people point out the truth people have to point insults or mock instead of facing the truth?

Do you think any of us perfer to see pa in the state it is ? Hell ihave played since round 2 love the game and the community but reailty is no matter how many times the game is recoaded with out new blood the game will grow old. The truth is many allinces who have played pa have moved to other clones , some of these clones work on donations others are free some have bannor adds some dont in the end the clones are bringing in new blood where pa is losing people each round. The math is there but no one is useing a calculator.

Pa in round 2-3 had over 80k players how many do we have now ?

Ill give you a quick reply Squidly after i paid all given rounds and helped out enough players with credits throughout all speedgames and rounds to enrich the community.
Its no drama to leave a game and noone is "guilty" as you state it to be interested in another game may it be free or p2p.
Many of our players like a clone better for various reasons, may it be that they cant pay or dont want to pay for pa anymore. Or that they dont like the "new" changes and infact love the old pa.
Both nothing judgeable and the alliance will always go where the players are simple as that.
Since pa didnt go p2p this round your statement bears no logic, infact eclipse was created after it was sure pa is p2p and we payed 2 rounds p2p and went on now. However the future in other games will be i cant tell but i can tell you the cost of the game was not the major factor for this decision since quiet a few eclipse players went to play eve with me which costs far more then pa does also bust your bubble logic.
So take your wild assumptions and accusations somewhere else before you go around pointing fingers get atleast some thought/facts right.

PA lost 100 grand due to a company related to the banner ads going bankrupt, not due to a lack of banner clicks. And 30 grand due to CC fraud. And in case you're unaware the costs of running a game with <10k planets is less than the costs of running a game with 180k planets. I believe the admins of that game use a lot of their own money to keep it going. And I rather doubt the bottom can fall out off the IT market again.

Farewell Eclipse. It was one helluva ride, starting my journey with Wrath, getting into Fury and logically into Eclipse.
