Change to the alliance tax

Could it be changed to a tax on the roids income only (rather than a tax including the total income with constructions and engineers). It would be more logical and fairer, coz an ally helps you getting roids and keeping them, the rest of the income is purely a planet's choice and those going for extra income shouldn't be penalized.

Tbh, i'm not sure it would really make a huge difference outside the first 100 ticks or whatever. Mines and planetary mining are fixed income, and thus they dont grow with your planet making them proportionally less usefull, so who cares?
