I just was wondering if it was possible to include exp gained from an attack in the battle report. Sorta like roids gained and ships stolen, except exp gained. JUst thought it would be cool to know, and not have to whip out a calculator every attack. Sorry if someones already said this

XP is supposed to be a hidden feild isnt it, not 100% sure tho tbh. would be interesting but dont see the point tbh you can get that kinda info from a 3rd party tool such as www.sandmans.co.uk

It is supposed to be hidden so from that POV it shouldnt be on the battlereports BUT perhaps it being shown could help break the culture that still remains of hitting people around your bash limit if they were able to see the gains being made for attacking better targets

you shouldn't have to go to a third party site for things like these. Especially as PA's willingness to promote these is rather limited anyway, and only players familiar with the game will know about them.

right. but nobody reads that. the point is, its not exactly uber-hard to stick it in, and it will bring the newer players to see what effect xp does, and what they have to do or change to gain more.

I think its a great idea.

Even if you show 'Score gained due to XP' which is effectively XP * 60 in the combat reports - this is prolly a better way of doing it infact, as then people who dont know about / dont understand XP will still know about score.

i didn;t say we shouldn;t stick it in, but we do promote community sites as much as is feasible

TBH i think theres alot of experianced players whom dont either, how else you can you explain them hitting planets with 150 roids whom are just on their bash limit

I wasnt focusing on just new players here, it happens across the board and my point was that everyone would benifit from the people being more aware of XP as a large number dont seem to know about it or dont understand the concept or its impact
