there are some alliances not on the list, and some that are a little confusing...I.E. 1up outside of top20, angels not on the list, APA is in top 5...
are things looking the way some of us expected?

Some prefer not to add members ingame rightaway for various reasons. There's still 62 ticks to get it done. I don't know as I'm in an alliance and can not check but Angels might very well have just one or two people added ingame which means they are not in top30 and that's why they are not on the list. Nothing surprising here, nothing to draw conclusions from.
