Re: Gay
do you exfoiliate? put on a face mask? is your skin oily? id suggest steaming your face then applying a face mask then using ice to close the pores. Alternatively just use a face mask 1-2 times a week without steaming as it seems to do the trick. Use some exfoliating face wash to clear away dead skin, i like the scrubby showergels in the shower once in a while

Re: Gay
How much time a day do you spend infront of your computer, Deffeh? Sitting inside a lot is bad for your health, so I suggest you go outside now and then if you don't do it already. It was a period (month or two) I sat inside infront of my computer, A LOT. Needless to say, my skin felt filthy.

Re: Gay
I hear facemasks do wonders.
However, I fixed my skin by eathing healthier. If you eat lots of shit all the time, you will get shitty skin. I still do the whole soda and hamburger thing, just not everyday, and my skin is smooth and beatifull (or so they* say) Also, being in the sun does wonders!

Re: Gay
sunbeds have the added disadvantage of cancer though so i'm guessing it just kind of adds to the list of skin defects one has

Re: Gay
Luckily i've never had spots but i know what it can do to a person.
My friend at school had ot bad. He ditched Clearsil for his own mix of tooth paste, aftershave and talc. He was fond of saying... 'no spots, no face'.
He's a pock marked Chemsist now.

Re: Gay
Ok the first thing you'll want to get is some foundation and concealer, which will let you cover up any recalcitrant spots and hide your blemishes. You can get them in most chemists and I think Cosmopolitan magazine are givng away free vouchers this month. As well as that, applying some rouge should help emphasize your cheek bones, give your face some colour and the like. This works really well with mascara actually, coz thatll make your eyes stand out a bit more, so you might want to look into that too. Talking of colour, I'd advise you to stay away from sunbeds since that damages your skin in the longrun - stick with the bronzer to get some darkness into your face which may also help spots become less noticable, maybe faketan too if you want a more permanent thing. If you're changing the colour of your face then you might want to also change the colour of your eyes so that they match it better - have a look at some coloured contact lenses until you find a shade youre happy with. Good luck man, I hope you manage to look your best

Re: Gay
I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the icepack, I use a deep pore-cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.
Then I apply an herb mint facial masque which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion.
