Having fun on GTA 3

Sometimes when i go on GTA 3, i love going up on a rooftop and shooting everything that moves. Is there any places in Portland or Stauton Island (Stauton island preferably, i am hated by half of Portland) where there is somwhere quite high that has a shelter?

Top floor of the multi-storey car park, just along from the construction site , is pretty good.

So is the rooftop of Kenji's casino.

Just shoot as much ppl as you like, but first get ammo with

gunsgunsguns .......then you have all the wapons and amo. Shoot a lot of ppl and get the cops after you. Then shoot them to to pieces. Then this beautifull helicopter comes.

Blow it with a bazooka

Being American and having no knowledge of video games I immediately thought you meant in real life. Although I did assume it was target practice so I guess that makes me an optimist.

Try getting full stars (preferably on a rooftop). When the army comes, steal one of their tanks. FUN FUN FUN!

The whole point is stealing a tank from the military. Actually having one is less fun, although trying to get up into high speeds by turning the turret backwards and firing repeatedly is kinda fun.

My favorite little trick is to find some hidden/high up place and repeat the acts of the washington sniper, without getting caught tasteless yet slightly amusing...to me anyway :|

Once you get a tank, keep it and before you go on rampages position it for a quick getaway

On a similar subject, where can I reign terror among the villagers in vice city? nowhere has seemed too forthcoming. The back roof of El Swanko Casa is OK, but no sheltered bits.

i created an 'international crisis' using the tank on vice city

the longer your rampage goes on for the more media attention it gets. you have to keep the killing high at all times tho otherwise the ratings drops :/

Clearly attempting a fly-by shooting in the Dodo is muchly rewarding, it's just too damned difficult to be reliable =/

Still, the thought that counts.

The police station front is nice. The cops can't get in (hilariously) Unfortunately it isn't very high.

it can only be done after you've been to the last island in gta3.

make ur own high place

either by editing the map to make a nice tower(kinda hard)

or make a movable high place by making the tyres on a car really BIG and making the car so it can't be blown up

Haven't tried rooftops yet, my favorite spot is the hospital on the first island, if you go up onto the raised area (by the drive in) cops will almost never actually reach you, but you can have fun watching their cars flip themselves a foot in front of you.



(And the only way to really enjoy it is with the health + guns codes so you can really wreck havoc, it's all for fun after all.)

a good place too watch cops kill them selves is on the 2nd island

its like one of those jetty thingys (if u was looking at the 3rd island u colud see the runways from it)anyway get a nice bunch of stars like 4 or 5 and go down there, there is this cliff and the cops drive there cars off it and go into the sea, the police men also walk straight off it(good when u see like 4 of em failing off)

Ah, here's something I like doing, when I'm at 0 stars: When the bridge is up and there's a cop car near the edge and a few other cars as well, I nudge the cars forward til the cop eventually drops off. No penalty for it either.

another place is on the 2nd island, by the bridge to the 3rd where the road circles round, if u keep driving straight u'll jump off the road and onto a building where u'll find a sniper rifle

Another good place to do something like that is on the 3rd island, I'm not sure how to explain, but you're coming up the hill near your hideout at the top where the road curves you can go off an insane jump which takes you over the river and lands you on a dead end...anyway get a few stars and make sure cops are right on your ass, then head up that hill and jump it, it's awesome I've had three cop cars fly over the jump with me, and only one of them made it to dry land where I promptly took care of him Plus it's cool because the jump is in slowmo..
