Talking Whats the prob?

I fail to see the problems people seem to be rasing about the situation brought about by the creation of VOM and the other blocks?
Having played this game from the start although missing r4 and r6 i have to say that blocks have always been about so deal with it!
Plus lets be honest we all play this game to win and we all want to be the biggest and badest around!!! look at all the roids we will be able to get!! no more r7 were all opposition was crushed in the early stages r9 looks sets to be constant warfare!!! and i say hell yeah to that and bring it all on!

Whats pa about? WAR
what are alliances about? winning at all costs
whop cares if you block its in human instinct allie then crush !

Lets just all look forward to a very interesting war and some serious battles!

I believe the main problem is the fact that some people are concerned that they may not win...winning means everything to some people apparently.

Shame really

Maddix, most alliances were at that time trying to make their own groups. We had discussions with them too. VOM was just the first deal to be made.

I really don't see any problems.. Some people just aren't happy unless they've got something to complain about. The PA community seems wrought with them.

Winning isnt everything

but you have to admit it makes the whole game a hell of a lot more fun...

Surely you don't go out of ur way to lose? It's striving to win that add the competitive element and challenge that makes the game fun!

Thats not to say you cant have fun losing - but losing when you have given it a go is more fun than losing when u couldnt even be arsed to try :-)

I would agree, but I see no other reason as to why the VOM group have started moaning. There is nothing wrong with playing the 'bad guys' - Legion did it without too much arguement. Who cares if people see you as the bad guys? Yes you may get more competition, but a challenge is what (should) make the game fun.

You're point? That doesn't explain the whinging etc...unless they are upset that any of the other alliances had the idea of forming a block.

To prevent stagnation, i agree the blockwars were fun for a while but situations like NoCeX/wtf-ve or Fos-'darkside' should be avoided.

Or is it that Maddix believes in the British Empire, so that Canada to him is just another part of the UK. Or perhaps there is Maddix in UK, and the Clonaid Maddix, who is based in Canada.

Maybe we are looking at a new point in evolution, where one can simultaneously exist in 2 points at once. If such is the case, Maddix, can you lead me down this path of enlightenment too?

As for the topic: I personally hate to win at PA, its far too stressful. Helping someone else to win contains most of the happiness withone quarter the stress
