Civil Service
This is mostly for T&F cause i don't know anybody else who's a civil servant anyways ...
anyways i have been recently reading EVERY SINGLE GOD DAMN POLICY NOTE ISSUE FROM OUR POLICY DEPARTMENT IN THE LAST 6 YEARS and one of them was talking about drinking and work.
Basically it says you're "not to be under the influence of alcohol whilst at work" but it does talk about going to the pub at lunch time as if it's ok as long as you're "not under the influence of alcohol".
Just wondering if your policy is the same.
ALSO how do you define "under the influence" in a legal sense (is it like 2 drinks or sommit)?
