Mirai is on a distinguished road
So I got a swingin' bachelor pad
In a nice part of gangland usa.

On the upside there's a lot to do around it, so it's actually in a good location, regardless of the fact that there have been multiple shootings in the area and it's rocked by a large murder rate.

And it has dsl.

But most importantly, it's near school. Near meaning 'within 4 blocks'.

Actually, the place is very nice. It's across the street from a park, in a neighborhood. It's not like it's downtown bronx ghetto. The complex itself has a pool (although not very big). The parking garage is fenced in, and it's all around a good place.
