They seem to be missing from the alliance ranking all of a sudden (could be a couple of days though). They had a nice average and I was wondering if they disbanded or decided to merge with another alliance?

OoO have alliance reps assigned so i'd assume they werent just out of tag 1up. Actually I doubt 1up have many out of tag people at this point unless they have a load of people they are planning on kicking first

Assuming things work like they used to I'd imagine they'd invite all their scanners into the alliance to pull down average score and roid count then they can kick them and invite bigger people when things are under control or the big people need defence 
OoO as in Out of Order ? That's going back a bit.

Hmm... I was a member out Out of Order for a short while (invited by my galmate). I believe Crywolf and Negerslem wereHC there (before OoO had the merge into WPO which later controversially was called WPO). Same group of people?

Ahh Negerslem and Conan (if I'm not mistaken) ... they were great pple.
Negerslem quit PA when he got married. Unlike Mazzelaar, his wife beats him up if he touches the internet.
