I´m out

I dont like to speechify and will try to keep my explanatory statement as short as possible, as I dont even have a special reason or something I want to protest against
with my leaving. Its more like a summary of a lot of little problems, failings and aggravations which induced me to cross the Rubicon.
I simply gave up, I am torched and totally burnt out.

One of the reasons may be a diseased community which players does not just play against but affront and insult each other.
Another reason could be hacked (or "misconfigured" how its called nowadays...) computers and the constant closings of planets. Maybe the clincher is just, that I found better games out there...

Fact is - PA means nothing to me any longer. I love my alliance and will stay FAnG HC as long as possible -
We have some nice plans, ideas and projects, are starting FAnG clans and alliances in about a dozen games atm, but the chapter planetarion is - finally - closed for me.

I know, that many FAnGers feel the same and many of em quit already or will do it soon; nevertheless I am proud about every single players who stays here and still play this game just to be able to say "we did not give up!"

In conclusion I`d like to thank a few friends `n foes who gave this game a special character and made it so fascinating for me.

[Irvine] - for being online every night and never getting tired to cover wave after wave
r7d2k, exo, Ellraz, hodne, dogbert and the 26:14 crew - for teaching me how to play this game
AliasX, Cesario, girlee, Subotai, and the 30:14 crew - for all the nights we stayed awake together
Marduk, wakko, wintah and Sonnenbomber - for being the
best and loyalst allies I can imagine
Belana and Pippin_Took - for always staying with me in hard times and following me everywhere
dudgae - for "ich spiele nur, um FAnG zu dienen"
Focht, Syn_sid and Germania - for the feat to be like a big
brother for me and the most hated enemy at the same time
Playetz - for all the wonderful gfx !!!!
and, and, and.... I could go on like this until tomorrow, but I`m
really really tired...

...on my list are so many ppl left, and as longer I write as more friends I remember I have to thank...
Gunn3r and Protox, Guran, Anakin, yuba, webangel, drohne, Star eraz0r, Fridge, TheUnknown, Trooperman, Jsar, crazyspoon delinquent, LB|away, nemmy, colwolf & merle, JaJames, darki, Mortarion, warriorjedi, gwyn, Teas and waassaa, solly and Cornish, Williamwallace, miertt, greven and Aequi, Mike_Hammer, dope, dread, Morden, dari, shamrock, Tempestuous, Sean, ebo and dunkelgraf, anne, magian, gazman, valvalis, werewolf, H_Bozz, draki, Krush, etc etc ...

now flame me, thank me, try to make me stay or close this thread ... its all useless and i simply dont care any longer

I managed to quit twice now.. once for 10 days during the middle of this round.... but ffs my friends in =IKOM= keep dragging me back in...

A more respectul, courteous, and intelligent HC and player would be hard to find. I could see it coming m8 and I hope that I haven't let you down in this frustating round. I know that the light and life went out of PA a long time ago for many of us, so this departure is more a reflection of those circumstances than the immediate one's facing FAnG. I hope you know that me and all of FAnG owe you a sloppy, sexy, manly, kiss on the mouth.

As subo mentionned before, I'll never find a better player/HC/person in PA. It's amazing they way you played this game. You were never selfish, not even a second, you always listened, werre prepared to be reasonable and were the best colleague a HC or anyone could wish for.

It's most unfortunate that you quit PA. Not that much for me, but for the pple that won't see you that much anymore. I on the other hand will stay in touch with you, I'll play along you in many games so I'll make sure I'll never HAVE to miss you, m8.

I got nothing but the greatest respect for you, maybe PA made you burn out a little bit, but I know for sure you're not even close to being burned out

Yup, intend to join you soon for much of the same reasons, hesitant to quit because of FAnG, but to be honest PA is really turned to ****e IMHO. btw, wanna talk to you on IRC about something, pm when you get the chance pls.

LEFF has allways been one of the pa personalities i admired the most, since the start
it's really sad to have him go, as, you may not have noticed him doing alot, or being a public leader, but behind the screens he is awesome (no, not in that way

)
So i find this one of the biggest losses pa has ever had, can't say much more really

hope you continue being on this server mate, and talk to you soon!

....Right now I am cowering on a forested hill near Ceres` Mine, 10 kilometres from neocron city. My enhanced Lightbringer down to the present I am lurking for the next victim.
The pack of wolves have been an easy prey, as their bodies werent abominable distorted yet like many of their conspecific`s although a huge hover boat interrupted me at gutting the cadavers. I had to run for my life and was forced to hide myself for a while until the crew gave up the persecution.
So far the rate of yield was ample and I have to think of finding a small pawn shop soon where I can sell my loot. I really have no interest in endling like one of these greedy gentanks who fell victim to one of Ceres`raiding patrols because they were absolutly glutted...

Furthermore I should rest a while before the perfidious tangent - clans try to intruse into our homebase again under favour of night. During the last days they became more and more audacious and we were only able to strike them back by mobilisationing and concentrating all disposable forces...
If they will stay away from our bases for tonight, I finally could pub-crawl in pepper park with mike and fridge again.... or could go on that doomreaper battue with devin and wintah ... or rough up a few mutant-nests in viarosso`s sewer systems... or jaunt with lynx and her new cross country vehicle... or... or...

I love the freedom :]

i'l be missing u m8, it's been an honour working with & knowing you, from when we met when i was back in GLX, (don't even remember where u was

) to when Flash helped u the end of last rd (one of my happiest times in pa), to now ... even though we didnt always agree on everything, or alliance politics didnt allow us 2 .. we always stuck by morals, by our friends ... and this is something that will make me remember u always m8 ...

i couldn't find a nicer guy on irc if i tried i dont think ... so make sure u dont bugger off completely
