Re: Internet Radio
I do on occasion. There's only one station worth listening to in the entire country and that's Triple J. They always have fresh content and aren't afraid to break away from the pop-charts that get recycled constantly on other stations, not to mention a good quota of aussie songs.
Windows Media Player | Realplayer
* oh, and I've thought about the portable / car internet radio thing before, it'd only be possible with either a well established public wireless internet service or for better stability/portability some sort of GPRS/GPS based internet.

Re: Internet Radio
i used to listen to my yahoo station once upon a time (you customise it to only ever play songs YOU like)... but that got tiresome, now i just open up the winamp ones and pick whatever music i feel like listening to. Sometimes rock, sometimes jazz...

Re: Internet Radio
I listen to 6Music a lot, but now on my shiny DAB more often than online.
XFM is pretty poor, The Arrow sometimes has a good run of songs, but then at other times is poor. Generally I listen to MP3s.
As for in your car, are you familiar with the 'podcast' phenomenon?

Re: Internet Radio
I don't make the most of my DAB radio. I've had it over a year, have listened to 6music for about half an hour and SportsXtra once for a game that was on there. The rest of the time I just listen to Radio One on it :( When I'm on the computer, I just play MP3s.

Re: Internet Radio
Some days I can listen to 6music for 6-8 hours: 2hours in the morning whilst waking and eating etc., then again in the afternoon, then go to bed with Jane gazzo and see which live-performances she has to offer.

Re: Internet Radio
I often listen to Nemone on Radio1 online, i catch most of the other s offline.
NHBRadio used to be good, dunno if it is anymore, Radio ITG are good for gamecasts, tho i only really listen to the ET games unless i'm bored, and they're getting less frequent. :/

Red Dragon FM
It's Welsh based (But they don't speak Welsh), but it's pretty funny and plays some nice tunes.
